My system (2.0) install about 1 year after adding amp and subs now includes a digital signal processor (DSP). A true audiophiles dream, with a high resolution service like Tidal with the LDAC codec, I am now listening at/near studio level quality. While my wait was a little longer than expected, my patience was rewarded with a customer experience that involved tuning, system explanation, and an invite to come back anytime should I want to tweak or adjust settings. Mario is one of a kind…read more He came to my house, installed my beautiful Kenwood HD radio system in less than an hour, showed me how to use it, was incredibly polite, great people skills, very knowledgable, hard working and best of all detail oriented. He cut out the hard plastic plate for the faceplate perfectly, set it in there beautifully and now everyone of my friends is asking who did it.
