Arthur and his crew spent three days on upgrading my factory stereo system - which was already top notch having a luxury truck - to something that was crystal clear and worked flawlessly with all of my truck's buttons and controls. My factory head unit was on its last leg, having issues staying connected to Bluetooth and receiving radio signal. It was resetting on its own, typically when I was on a phone call, and would drop calls constantly. I had upgraded the software at the dealership several times to no avail. These guys are freaking great! They were able to squeeze me in during a busy day and worked to get components that I brought in installed in my truck. We had some issues due to products issues on my part and they were prompt to let me know about the issues and offered solutions to help me get up and running. I wasn't able to go the route they suggested so they were willing to set up my truck so I could come back in a week or so with a new head unit as the one I had was defective. They installed new Door Speakers in all 4 doors, installed a rear view license plate camera and now just need to go back and get the radio installed and the steering wheel controls programmed as well as the rear view camera set up.. Yesterday, I had a horrible experience with this business. I brought a radio to be installed that needed a kit and rewiring. The owner and I agreed on $90 for the installation. The kit did not necessarily fit the radio and he proceeded to want to charge me $10 extra to complete the installation, which we did not agree on. The owner then proceeded to do a butchered job on the radio by cutting it horribly and completing the installation. Despite the fact that the part did not fit the radio, he was supposed to do a better job on the installation. How can he give customers, such a horrible job? The radio is an essential part of the car and now am stuck with a disgusting job and a horrible looking radio. I wonder if I had paid him the $10 that he was charging would he had done a better job. I would not recommend this business to anyone. If $10 is going to determine the quality of work that you can provide a customer and you as a business owner decides to butcher a job, then you are not a good business owner. read more

Went to see Arthur for a very special job on a Cayman S from 2007 where I needed to change the radio, completely outdated. Arthur is a great guy, very relaxed and always available to talk. Good advice he took the time to explain what he wanted to do and what the cost would be. The job was spot on, he installed a Pioneer 4200 with an amp and am very satisfied by the end result, sounds amazing. Definitely recommend going there, even with a high end car. This is an awesome place to go if you want any type of high end audio work or special added features done to your car. I had Apple CarPlay installed in my 2015 SLK 250. I waited a long time to get the parts because my car required special parts but Arthur was great about keeping me updated the whole time. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Arthur (the owner) was very upfront and honest during the wait. Once the parts arrived, the system was installed perfectly. Arthur and his assistant Edgar are amazing. Arthur, the owner, took a personal interest in my project, which was complicated. A 2013 Chevy Volt, which is essentially an electric car. Arthur was worried that installing 900W of stereo in an electric car might affect the range, so he did research to understand the approach he would need to take. He has very good installers working for him, and they overcame several challenges (including 3" deep drivers in the doors). They matted the heck out of all the doors, made a custom subwoofer box to fit in a very tight cargo area without giving up much room, and overall did an outstanding job. I will bring my wife's car in for an audio upgrade as time and cash allows. Cannot recommend Arthur and his team enough as fair and honest business people and skilled installers. read more
