I found Guillermo and Rosemary very easy to work with. Guillermo worked with me on some last minute changes without missing a beat. Only negative thing was OK but caught me a little off guard; The demo crew showed up 4 days earlier then the proposed start date. Ricardo's team produced what I had requested; everything is graded well away from the house, pavers and dg all feel stable and well packed, and they properly bordered the features I asked for. I would say there was room for improvement that the skid steer used to move materials deeply scraped the bitumen on the street. A strange area, maybe 6" in diameter, under a section of DG also bulged up and left a weird hole with a cap. After informing Ricardo, he sent his team to excavate a bit and fix that section, all is well. Its very good that he stands by his work.

Our front sidewalk and steps were cracking so we wanted to install pavers like our backyard. We also wanted to eliminate the steps so it's a sloping ramp. Juan was responsive and came out to give me a quote the same week. The quote was reasonable (I had one other quote) and we were able to set dates to get started. On the day of the project, I had a change in design and also added a new section. We were able to agree on a new price and they accommodated my concerns. The team completed the project in 2 days as promised and helped to clean up as much as possible. I should have probably suggested having them use their own water hose as they broke mine. But I've worked with quite a few workers on a variety of projects in the past and I would definitely work with them again.
