I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

Which didn't make even a little sense. Even if this wasn't one of the most humid states to be in, it wouldn't make sense. So we called multiple (10+) other detailers and verified that the inside of the car is supposed to be dry to the bone before sent home, and it is ridiculous to suggest otherwise. The "manager" was upset that she was "being talked down to" when she was told that the excuse was ridiculous, and wanted us to google how mold grows. I know how mold grows, and it grew in my car because you didn't dry it out like you were supposed to. I can not figure out how this place has been open for ten years, it can't possibly have the same owner. Take my advice- DON'T GO HERE!

Then when their associates tried to put my spare on, my car was jacked in the incorrect spot causing my fender to bend an gap to form. Mister car wash has "investigated" the damage claim has deemed it to be prior damage. When I asked them IF this was prior damage why would they let me go through the wash with a flat tire. Their response was they do not check every car for prior damage. When I asked for the GM to call me so we can go over this situation, he is conveniently unavailable. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They are quick, efficient and inexpensive. But what I like most is that they don't hassle me with upsell. You know, "would you like synthetic oil, a premium filter, want us to hose off your radiator?" etc. They just listen and do what you want quickly. One time they were so fast I didn't have to get out of the vehicle, they serviced it while I sat there - really!

When I pulled up today, I have my driver's windows down so that can exchange for a clean towel. Something I do frequently. The guy on the right side continues to spray my car. No biggie, maybe he can't see me. I tell the guy on my left that I need a new towel and to ask the guy on the right to stop spraying because he's going to get me wet. He tells me to pull up. I repeat myself, still waving my dirty towel that needs to be exchanged. Ask again for him to stop spraying until he's exchanged my towel and I can let my window up. He then states "if you pull up, you won't get wet". NO SIR. My window is down and common sense will tell you that I'll still get wet. Mind you, my arm that's out the window has been getting wet. He grabs my towel with a nasty attitude and slams it in the container and gives a new one. Listen, if you've had a bad day, don't take it out on your customers. I genuinely don't appreciate the rudeness nor the disrespect. It's also to be noted that he never acknowledged what I was saying by asking the other guy to stop spraying. Do better.
