Beware! They do not own up to causing a problem. I went to Mister Car yesterday for a simple car wash and now my car is damaged and sitting a collision awaiting repairs. Their car wash snapped my valve stem off causing my passenger tire to go flat. Then when their associates tried to put my spare on, my car was jacked in the incorrect spot causing my fender to bend an gap to form. Mister car wash has "investigated" the damage claim has deemed it to be prior damage. When I asked them IF this was prior damage why would they let me go through the wash with a flat tire. Their response was they do not check every car for prior damage. When I asked for the GM to call me so we can go over this situation, he is conveniently unavailable. My husband and I are getting old the 3 hours or more to wash and clean or 2 cars is more than we can handle. To my husband no car wash was good enough. Are was way expensive. Mister car wash does a wonderful job even a wax job in 2 minutes. Then they have good vacuums. I have no complaints. They are a life saver read more

We pay almost $30 a month for a premium membership...so it's insane we have to sit for over 5mins and wait as employees just chat. There were only 2 cars in front of us and we watched for about 5-10mins as THREE employees stood and chatted to the customer in the first car. I understand chatting a bit before sending them through- but when you pay that much for a service you expect efficiency...not to wait around for service. read more

Today I went in for a car wash as I was going to get the vacuum. I saw big round bristle scratch marks on my hood. I went inside to speak to management to see if I could look at the cameras to see if those marks were on my vehicle before entering the wash. She refused and said that there has to be a claim made through them. Their claim policy according to their manager is within 72 hours THEY will determine if it was caused by THEIR car wash or not. Which we all know how that ends . They also will have the decision to see if i am allowed to see the cameras or not. Why is it their decision to see if I'm able to look at the video of my vehicle before entering the car wash? That makes absolutely no sense, unless this is recurring situation. I responded with well I want to look at the cameras once he aware. She kept trying to dismiss me which I did not like. She also made an ignorant comment saying that she didn't work at body shop so she didn't know what it was from but she knew enough to say that that would never happen and there's no way. She's ridiculous, It's a brush going in circular motion touching another object, there is always a way. I'm sure she didn't even do a pre-wash starting off the day. I called my husband and he called her and asked for management number. She was extremely rude to him and she got an attitude and was yelling at him, saying that she was the manager and that they were trying to intimidate her. I was unaware that he had called so I decided to go in and just ask for the number before I left. She started going off on me yelling. I'm looking at her like she's crazy because she's over here having an anxiety attack with herself . She calls her supervisor. She's like do you want to speak to him and at first I was like no and then I was like you know what yes. She's yelling at me that I'm trespassing even though I'm paying a full membership which is $40 a month. I paying customer for this service so how am I trespassing? At this point she's giving me the phone with her supervisor and I responded to her I'm not trespassing and her supervisor that was on the phone with me, responded with ma'am you are trespassing. Their management clearly doesn't know the definition of trespassing. According to them if you are a paying member and your vehicle gets damaged while using their services they will dismiss you, management will get an attitude with you, deflect the situation and make up excuses. They will also threatened you to call the cops on you, which felt very discriminating. I'm sure Reagan would have reacted different if I was from a different race. Their management does not have proper management skills. Management is there to deescalate situation like these and that is definitely not what she did. Reagan did absolutely horrible, she spazzed out, threw a whole toddler tantrum for no reason. She is entitled and does not know how to work with customers. If your manager has social anxiety to that level then she should not be in that position. I'm a calm person and she acted like that? Imagine if she was it was another situation. Now I'm going to let everyone know what happen so they are aware of the type of management they have. They want to act like it was a random car wash instead of taking responsibility Gainesville is small and the this will be known. Don't take your vehicle there! Take your $40 a month somewhere else, anywhere else. This whole situation was ridiculous and uncomfortable and totally been avoided if management had professionalism. The convenience is great - up until the sticker fades and you can't go through the member lane. The value is ok for the service you get, but this is more about convenience. The wash itself is mediocre. The issue I have is the lack of service. I moved away and tried to cancel my membership after a few years and they make it nearly impossible. If you call customer service, you'll be on hold forever - over an hour for the member line. This seems like it's part of their process to make it difficult to cancel. I was a member for a few years but in retrospect, it was not a good idea. I'd prefer to pay as I used them and not have a continuing relationship but a transactional one, which is how you'll be treated. Avoid. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Towels and cleaning solution are NOT provided at the vacuum stations. The carpet cleaning machine is covered in so much dirt that I promise your rug will come out dustier and dirtier than it was going in. To top it off, the top wash costs $20. I would expect this from a $5 car wash, but what you get for the price is just ludicrous. I have visited other Mister Car Wash locations, and none have been this horrendous. No negative comments about the staff, as the two attendants were doing their duties just fine. read more

This is my second time coming here and I am highly dissatisfied with the service and customer service. The first time it put scratches onto my truck. It barely washed it well. Didn't leave it shiny as the package deal I chose and paid for which was platinum. The second time, the woman directing didn't even bother to put in my side mirrors. Looked very annoyed prior to my arrival and her mask was put on improperly. She didn't care about my safety and the others or even my car. Where is the compassion? Staff is friendly but that does not clean my car. Brushes are often in non-working order so it makes your vehicle look like a 5 year old washed it. Also the tire wash sprays cleaner or tire shine on one side of vehicle only. I've mentioned this to staff and they are very apologetic but two months later, nothing has been fixed as the issues are still occurring. I will unfortunately cancel my membership. Called today to cancel, and again, staff was very friendly but she is at corporate and cannot address issues at the Gainesville Georgia location where my problems are occurring. I vacuumed my back seat, closed the door, then went around to the front only to realize I had left my keys on the back seat and my car was now somehow locked. A friendly employee explained it can happen when the battery is running low. The manager, Carlos, came out and unlocked my car door for me. Wow! Then I got inside and turned the key and... nothing. The battery was dead! I went and told Carlos and sure enough, he had a jump starter power pack, and was able to jump the car for me! I was so grateful this all happened while at Mister. I used to come to this car wash when it was Rocket Wash I think it was, and coming here now my truck seems a lot cleaner than it used to. I don't really like any of the washes around where I live, so while this is a bit out of the way for me I think it's definitely worth the quality they bring me. Love everything about this car wash but I just wish they didn't take out all the lights they used to have. Quality wise though, much better than previously. read more
