I said please take that off I'm not buying it. Per my employer I am able to get FirstNet and the same sales person was giving me the run around until I called AT&T. The second time I went to upgrade my phone, different salesperson and a much better experience. HOWEVER, they put 2 charges on my bill that I specifically said not to and when I called the first time he said he would take care of it. Second bill comes, still not taken care of and asked him three more times and getting the run around. I decided to call AT&T myself and it was resolved in 15 minutes. I don't think I will return to AT&T again and will switch back to Verizon. The cell service I get with AT&T is not as good as Verizon. Lessons learned. I recommend calling AT&T directly if you have issues with your bill.

I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair.
