Dave is professional, personable, and clearly knows what he's doing. I came in with a broken phone screen and he replaced it in just 20 minutes, explaining what he was doing and taking every measure to be thorough and re-using all the perfectly good parts of the phone! I wish I could give more than 5 stars....!!...Dave at Yanntech is a true miracle worker.......I had the uncomfortable mishap of slipping on the ice this week and unfortunately my iphone 5 was in my back jean pocket!!! I can't even describe how bent, smashed and mangled the phone was!! ....I had come to terms that I would be purchasing a new phone on Monday morning...but before doing that I figured I would give the gang at Yanntech a shot at repairing the now boomerang shaped pile of smashed circuitry.....I am happy to say a few hours later my phone was returned to me in 100% working order....not only was it fully functional, but my power button and battery were failing before my ice mishap and they fixed those issues as well!!!
