This was my very first time on a motorcycle. Henry and Natalie are great instructors. Sure, they know how to ride and instruct on skills. What they are really good at is developing relationships to aid in instruction. They learn your name, encourage and provide guidance in a way that keeps your head in the game. Today (7/25/25), an instructor from this company (who I believe is also the owner), removed the company placard from the top of the car, barreled down the middle of a parking lot lane, almost hit me purposely 3 separate times after harassing me, including backing up within a few inches of my car, brake checked me, stopped the car in an alley to block me from leaving, flipped me off with 2 hands while driving the car, and screamed the F word out the window several times--this is all with a what looked to be a young man in the passenger seat looking terrified, no older than 18 years old. It's been about 30 minutes since this incident and I genuinely wondering and concerned that this instructor was intoxicated because that is not how normal people behave...again, with a teenage student driver in the passenger seat.

After a year of sneaking rides on my wife's scooter, the time was finally right. Get your permit and sign up for a class at Ride. They'll start you out with the absolute basis, and take you through two, five hour days after which you'll feel confident in being able to pass the state test (another service they provide). I'll be heading back down to take that test soon, and am looking forward to starting my journey on two wheels, and almost certainly taking their intermediate class down the line. If you're lucky enough to get Jay and Paco, you'll be in good hands. They're each incredibly knowledgeable, excellent teachers with two very different styles, something I personally loved. You never have the opportunity to get too frustrated or anxious because you know you're in good hands and you're constantly building on skills you've learned in previous lessons. Highly recommend!

BEWARE. I don't believe this is a legitimate business. At the very best, they are lazy, unreliable,…read moreliars, terrible communicators, and they just don't care. I signed up my son and never heard anything from them after they took my money. I had to BEG them for confirmation. I then received a short email after that just stating confirmation that seemed like it had been written just to satisfy me but contained no details - and their website is also lacking details and made it difficult to know which package to sign up for. I still hadn't received anymore details as we were heading into the weekend before the Monday my son was supposed to start. I again had to BEG for details - calling and emailing multiple times. I finally received communication over the weekend which didn't acknowledge all my attempts to contact them but just said class was canceled because the instructor was sick. Eventually that whole session was canceled, so I asked for a refund. The LIED to me and told me they had issued the refund but upon checking with my credit card company, I found out this was not true. Of course it was at this point that their communication dropped off again and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my refund. All this while scrambling to find another option for my son for the summer. STAY AWAY!!
