The delivery window was between 1-5pm and the drivers actually called slightly early. I purchased the white glove delivery service as I live on the third floor of a walk-up, but the two delivery men handled everything well without so much as brushing up against a wall. It's likely that a customer's ultimate experience is almost entirely dependent on the delivery crew they're interacting with at the final point of service.
