I went in to get a gel manicure for prom with one of the newer nail technicians. Didn't trim my…read morenails, didn't do anything to my cuticles, and didn't put any oil on them afterwards. I got them done on a Thursday, almost every nail had chipped by the Sunday just 3 days later. I called and complained so they said they'd do them again for free. I chose a different color and asked if she'd do some work on my cuticles. They looked better, but I had stray paint along my nails. It was only a week before they started chipping again. Very, very unimpressed and definitely didn't get what I paid for. My 7 year old sister could have done better!
