Worst fucking experience ever. DO NOT GET THE MAN. If you get him as ur person just leave. He filed my flesh the whole time snd I come back to my car about to be bleeding. I asked him many times but he kept insisting on doing more even after I took my hand away and told him not to multiple times. He could not file for shit and even though I booked with staff A, as always they just send whoever they want to send out. Crappy painting job as well and he decided to file after the manicure was over?? He painted over the open wounds he basically created and when I asked repetitively for two coats of blue and one coat of white on top even the owner chimed in and said I was not allowed to do that. I'm the paying customer what do you mean?? The nail polish is being cured, it's not like it's going to leak into the white. They were acting like it was a completely solid coat of white, which is not true because the one coat of white funny bunny is never enough for you to not be able to see the color under, and I want it to not be seen who cares I'm paying you? I also had to ask for 3 coats to get a solid color and still it was see through and had holes from him denting and was given rude looks the entire time. Worst experience at a salon I've ever had and I've been coming here for years, extremely disappointed. Take this as your warning. - mind you these photos are after going home and trying to cleanup as best as I could (taking away extra nail polish and cuticles left mangled and coming out). Btw I still tipped bc it's a service and im always going to do so, but obviously im not tipping well and was not greeted with a pleasant reaction to that which is another level of audacity after this horrible service. read more

Everyone in that shop is rude, impatient and all in a hurry. $40 powder gel only took them 15 minutes! They shaped my nails so harshly its very painful. Even the outcome wasnt good. Waste of money! read more

Great nail salon! Now named Y&L nails! It was pretty busy so I had to wait a little, but worth it. I got a pedicure which was excellent, my nail tech took her time on all parts and I am so satisfied. It's a few dollars more than what I would pay somewhere else, but their standard pedi includes hot towel, stones AND heel wax so I didn't mind the higher price. I also got a gel manicure that hasn't chipped a week out. The attention to detail the nail lady took was amazing- not a single hang nail or bad polish anywhere. Includes hand massage and quick back massage. I will never go elsewhere!! read more

Got a powder gel mani last Thursday. It is so thick I can't pick anything up. Went back to speak to manager and was told she wasn't there, yet she magically appeared from the back. She told me that it is thick because my nails are short. I asked to get a new manicure in a week and was told no. She said she could fix it today or tomorrow. Unacceptable! I went to this salon for the first time and had a gel manicure and spa pedicure a couple of weeks ago. The manicurist was checking her phone throughout the appt despite my saying something. When I was finished my nails looked good and I left a good tip. By that evening the gel manicure had pitting throughout and within a couple of days my nails were chipped. It was the worst manicure I have ever had. I wasn't going back so decided to eat the cost. They lost a potentially good customer and got a lousy review now. Just had a "spa" pedicure. Didn't seem any different than a regular pedicure I've had elsewhere. I told the girl I liked my nails short...she clipped them a little, barely filed them and they're uneven with sharp edges. She didn't polish the top edge which to me is just plain lazy. I had a foot massage a couple of weeks ago and was charged $25. Today I returned to have a foot massage, with a 40% off coupon and was charged $20. When I told the owner I paid $25 a couple of weeks ago, he shows me a pamphlet with a 20% coupon and tells me the price is $35 and last time I paid $25 because he gave me the 20% discount. When I do the math it should be $28 not $25 and now he's telling me that 40% off $35 is $20. No it's not, it's $21. Dishonest!!! Now I know why it's always empty. read more
