The owner did my nails, she was sweet for the most part but was doing my nails as well as another girl, which is frustrating because it delays my process, keeps me there longer as well as her getting distracted. Toward the end she was rushing and no longer shaping my nails as it seemed that she had overbooked the salon. She got up 2 times to do eyebrow waxes. For something that can be a little nerve-wracking the first time, she made it feel easy and welcoming. I came in for facial hair removal as part of a gender-affirming process, and she handled everything with complete professionalism and kindness. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out, though, was her integrity. After our session she mentioned that there are practitioners who specialize very heavily in the specific type of electrolysis I'm looking for, and she even followed up the next day with a referral to someone who has a lot of experience in that work. It would have been very easy to simply keep booking appointments, but instead she clearly wanted me to have the best possible outcome.
