The agent I spoke with (he's one of the principles and his name rhymes with Dizzy) refused to show my husband this home, once he discovered that we already had our own agent (who wasn't able to show us the property himself that particular day.) Last I checked, both agents get paid when a home sells. Apparently this man thinks that he's above actually working for his clients, and he deserves tens of thousands of dollars per transaction purely because his name is on the sign out front. I'll admit that as I'm writing this review I'm very angry. But honestly, he did his own client a disservice by refusing to let a potential buyer see a property that has a very tricky contingency attached to it. I feel badly for the seller. This agent is not looking out for ANYONE'S best interest. Poor form indeed. Every other agent we called had no problem whatsoever showing my husband the property they were representing. And consequently we bought a property that day. With cash. His (and his client's) loss. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares about providing courteous and professional service. This man does neither.

I called for an update and I believe the woman name was Lisa. Lisa answered and was probably the most unprofesional and rude person I've ever spoke with. if you want to rent your home don't work with Joe kapp real estate they'll definitely make sure you don't get it rented from how rude there office is. anyways property manager was a great person, the office seems to not want to talk to clients even thought it's there JOB.
