They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there.

They immediately welcomed me in, sat me down with them and included me in the design process with complete transparency and coordination. Denise runs the office and communicates openly and often whether we are prepping for an appointment, or immediately following. I'd say the communication is excellent during the service too, but Doug works too fast to require it! After a serendipitous encounter with Christine for her guided restorative yoga at RAMAC Park many…read moremonths ago, I have since rekindled my love for yoga and picked up meditation as well. I can honestly say that Christine's gracious, humble and inspirational spirit along with the health and wellness knowledge she shares has changed the projection of my health and wellness journey for the better. On days when I feel like skipping my practice but I join Christine for yoga I ALWAYS feel better. It's as if she knows exactly what my body and mind need out of a yoga session and she always delivers. I also love the extra touches she incorporates into her yoga classes such as offering essential oils, gentle adjustments or thought provoking readings. Christine also frequently hosts health "challenges" like daily smoothie or spring cleanse weeks that are super helpful for realigning mindfulness toward eating habits. Another thing I love is that she is very current with her knowledge as she is continually educating herself about health, wellness and yoga at retreats and seminars. But above all else, Christine is such a kind compassionate person. She is a joy to be around and so easy to talk to and connect with.
