If I could give a negative review I would. I bought a dress for a wedding, literally just took off the tags and took it in for a cleaning. When I got it back the belt that was with the dress wasn't there. Luckily I had a something else I could wear. When I went back to find the belt it took three trips into the store before I got a call back with I should bring the dress back to reference the belt to..After four days with no response, I just gave up.. the owners are irresponsible and has no concerns except to take your money and run. We recently moved and I have been using another dry cleaner for years. After we moved, I still drove to my past (and now still) dry cleaner and gave Y Pay More a chance. I like the fact that Y Pay More is open on Sunday, and I tried them three times. I travel a lot for business, and I always get my dress shirts folded. The first two times they did a nice job (But not the most friendly staff) but the third time, they were not folded. I had a flight the next morning, and I told the worker that they should have been folded, and he said he would fold them for me. Needless to say, my 8 dress shirts were folded like a 6 year old, and I was not happy. So, I have not been back, and even though it's a farther drive to my old dry cleaner, I know what to expect, including, positive attitudes. read more

This place is heaven. I thought my dress was ruined because I accidentally washed my dress with a red dress. The colors bleed into the white part. Cried and cried. The next day I took it here to see if they could get the stain out. Even the cashier was unsure we thought it was hopeless. I cried again. The next day I Came back my dress looked new :) So happy!! For now on before and after my date nights I will take my dresses here. And never have to worry about wine stains, grease stains or anything. My dry clean angles are watching over me. The business was sold 2-3 years ago and it has spiraled downhill. We went to the owner with our concerns like broken and missing buttons, creases in collar tips on a dress shirt, creased French cuffs, deep creases in what should be smooth fabric and more. She was not concerned. We asked her to please enhance the quality or she would lose another customer. How do I know they were losing customers, because one of the people manning the drive through asked me why people were leaving. For a time it was difficult to even find anyone who spoke English. We also complained to the owner about the appearance of the exterior. She was proud to tell me that a man in the adjacent neighborhood took care of it for her and she has no expense. She remarked that he did what he could since she was not paying him and that she could not afford to have a company maintain the landscape. This man does this because it is dragging down the appearance of our area! She is fully aware he does this to keep the neighborhood from looking even more terrible. If you are a potential customer, run don't walk elsewhere. We took our business to the tiny shop behind Luby's. They are very professional and far fewer issues. This place doesn t even deserve 1 star. NEVER EVER go to this place. I had very terrible experience here. I dropped off my blankets and comforters 2 days ago and I picked it up today. They just put plastic seal over my sheets and didn t even wash them.There was dog hair all over it and still stains all over it. It felt very dusty and I see dust all over the blankets and comforters. It smelled very bad too. But they insisted that they washed it so well. I even asked for receipts but owner didn t want to give it to me. Even her employees were avoiding me because i asked them if they saw her washing it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I brought in some clothes to this location because I trusted the one on Green Oaks. BIG mistake! My pants weren't dry cleaned correctly, my Burberry shirt had two holes in it and they tried arguing it as though I did it even I had just picked up the clothes 30 minutes ago, and my other shirt had lines from pens and stray marks. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. NEVER EVER go to this place. I had very terrible experience here. I dropped off my Shirt for dry clean which was brand new as I just wear them one time. They destroyed the shirt in the under arm area with bleach. When I asked them to fix this they say its not them its the sweat. And the short asian dude was so rude like he wants to jump off and start a fight. I stayed calm as I don't want to argue with him. He keep saying "go f***** sue me, I don't care, He also said you buy cheap shirt so it will happen to you. Than I correct him saying this is the Shirt i bought from Express and I have 100 other shirts from them and none of them are destroyed by other Laundry establishment but you destroyed my shirt. He got aggressive and paranoid and told me get the f*** out of here. Overall they don't care about customers and don't want to take responsibility for the mistakes they made.
