Big overcharge/ fraud , went with my disabled friend to pick up dry cleaning and he picked up three pair of jeans and one shirt and they charged him $71, $70.94. I asked them where were the rest of the stuff, assuming there was more because of the charge. The lady went and hit in the back and claimed she was looking for some type of alteration, knowing that this man did not request an alteration. So I asked them to confirm that they were charging this disabled man $70.94 for clothing items and they started looking crazy. The guy then decided to go in and do a credit of about $25 for one item that he claim was an alteration that they were never able to find. Needless to say, I am reporting them as conducting fraudulent business. read more

I hate to do this, but here we are. I think we can all agree the worst kept dry cleaning secret is that they sometimes launder things that customers paid to have dry cleaned because it's cheaper for them. I started using this dry cleaner after my last dry cleaner laundered a comforter and ruined it. As a result, every time I drop a comforter off (we have 4) I always make them say back to me that they understand it needs to be dry cleaned, NOT laundered. A few months ago this location laundered one of our comforters and ruined it. They had been good until that point so I didn't want to immediately bail. We replaced the comforter. When I dropped the next one off, I had a conversation with the manager about the one they ruined and asked for confirmation that everyone understood I'm paying for dry cleaning and if they laundered it, it would be trash. Ok, ok. They understand. Waved me off. I picked it up a week later and put it in the closet. I think I was scared to take it out of the plastic bag and look at it. That's on me. So tonight we pulled it down and they had laundered another one. It's trash. I'm attaching a picture. The filling is in several big lumps and the parts without the big lumps doesn't have any filling at all. I know business is probably slow since people aren't going into the office and don't need their clothes dry cleaned as often. I tried to be a loyal customer. I have 4 comforters I faithfully let them overcharge me to clean. I guess they have enough business that it was funny or something to ruin another comforter after I smiled and begged them to give me the service I paid for. We get great pricing and any time I've voiced a concern it's been addressed immediately. They are located in an easy to get to location off of matlock and I don't have to leave my vehicle because I can pick up my clothes in the drive thru. This establishment has a history of losing your order ( took 3 days to find on 1 occasion). Missing or broken buttons on shirts, big stains (both of which should be communicated when you pick up). I understand the COVID situation, however, polite customer service goes a long way in any situation in maintaining your business volume. I've used this business for over 10 years, have seen changes in staff, managers, and owners. Over the 2 years or so, I've continued to do business only because it was a convenient location. They are a little pricey, especially if you consider the quality of care you don't get. I've since changed to another business several miles out of my way. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of responsible ownership here after we tried to have some silk drapes dry cleaned and pressed. We went to pick them up and they were still visibly wrinkled so the owner offered to repress them and we could come back the following day. We picked them up and they appeared to be better until we hung them and found out that they had been shrunk over 3". The owner offered to stretch them or refund our money for the service but was not going to replace them and said he was sorry but he could not be held responsible. Poor ownership and bad work. Took a silk drapery panel there to have it freshened and cleaned. When picking up I noticed what looked to be a machine press mark into the silk. Upon further inspection it was about an inch wide and all across the bottom(so from side to side). Sure looked like they put the drapery panel into one of the machine pressers and it creased or caught the silk. They didn't steam it to get out wrinkles ...pics show what it looked like when I took it ioff hangar. And small little spot didn't look like it was even attempted to be removed. Person working there (I assume owner) kept trying to tell me it was a thread pull. Except it was and inch wide and wasn't there when I took it in!!! Be careful if you are bringing anything of value or that is delicate. Won't be returning here. read more

First time to try this place - i took 1 uniform shirt in to ha e dry clean and minor alteration. I requested both short sleeves be taken up 1 inch. My order was accepted and paid for at a rather reasonable price. Next day , I receive a phone call from the alteration lady asking for clarification on what I needed. (Again I stated 1 inch raise on the sleeves). I pick the item up now 3 days later and upon initial inspection it doesn't look as if my alteration was done. The Mgr comes out and shows me the Tag and says, if the tag is torn then it means the alterations are complete. I show the Mgr a piece of fabric that is still there from the original 1st inch and he gives me a story of how the lady has been doing alterations for 20 plus years. I can't try on my uniform shirt since this location does not have a fitting room and I am in full uniform. I go home, try it on and take a closer look and see loose or missed stitching and realized the width of the sleeve has been taken in and not the length. Instead of going back again and arguing over $8 ......this is my chosen route since I received dispute since the tag was torn "indicating the alteration was done"! If I could give less than 1 star I would....so, I took the shirt to a tailor who laughed at the shoddy work and loose stitch and said be back tomorrow, it will be done correctly! read more

I wish I checked yelp reviews before I went here - google reviews aren't too bad. I took 6 items into this cleaners (3 tops, a romper, dress and pants) and they charged me $30, with a 15% off voucher. I still think this is pricy for 6 items? Also it appears that they have only steamed or ironed my clothes, one piece still smells like my perfume! Two of the items smell like they've been in a closet for a long time. I came here for convenience of it being round the corner, and okay reviews on google. No point in complaining it seems like, as looking at other reviews, customers don't get their money back and only offered for them to be redone. Frankly I'll take them somewhere else to be done and do the extra travel to take them to a place I know do a fantastic job. Well this is the Monday after Easter and the manager promise to call us and discuss the issue we had with are clothes being lost. The Person remembered my wife and the situation we had in the past with our clothes been lost and said she had no Authority to offer any discounts or credits but the manager did want to speak to us. My wife left her number being the good person she is. Right before closing time she called to see if the manager was in because she had not received a call yet and the lady on the phone said the manager had still not not come in. The owner is defensive and unprofessional and refuses to LISTEN if someone has a complaint or concern. We, along with many neighbors, started going to his cleaners after moving into a new development nearby. One by one we have all had bad experiences. WARNING- The main complaint is the detergent he has his workers use is highly scented, similar to the new detergents with Fabreze or Linen scent in them only stronger. It is so overwhelming it triggered an asthma attack in a family member after putting a cotton bedspread laundered by him on their bed. We asked that he re-wash the bedspread WITHOUT the scented detergent and he refused, claiming his detergent didn't have a scent, which was a lie. It filled the bedroom and our car with the odor. Then he said he'd only re-wash the spread if we paid him. As a medical professional I can see this is a danger to individuals with respiratory problems and a liability for him but he either is ignorant of this risk or simply doesn't care. We have had the spread washed THREE times without detergent and it still smells too strong to use. We are reporting him to the health department. read more

The owner refused to replace shirt, accused me of bringing in shirt with a hole I did, to cheat him but said he would repair for free. I said OK subject to repair being suitable to wear. Repair looked like a bullet hole & was unacceptable. I called owner & he refused any of my suggestions to solve problem & said he had a meeting & would call me back. Three weeks later he posted a charge on my credit card for both the repair & another dry cleaning fee. I called him again & was very firm which he took as me being rude. Because I was rude he refused to discuss return of this additional fee. I said "You are giving me a fine equal to the charge because I was rude." He said. "Yes. The WORST dry cleaner ever!!! I dropped off my black Banana Republic slacks and they burnt it with some iron that they used!!! They ironed it and it melted the fabric. Obviously, the burn marks are all uniformed, exactly where the creases are on the slacks, that's where the burn marks trail. They had the nerve to blame me and told me that either I or some one burnt it not them. My slacks were brand NEW and I only owned them for three days in which I've NEVER taken an iron to. I just wanted them to clean the backside since I wore it ONCE and sat in something. OWN UP AND ADMIT TO YOUR FAULT!!! Horrible customer service! No one smiles, says thank you, or does anything but what HAS to be done

First let me say I have never felt compelled to write a negative review in my life.... until now. I was going on a trip for work and had several items turned in for dry cleaning. Opened my suitcase at my destination and the clothes made the whole suitcase smell like old dirty water or clothes that have been locked in a closet for months. Luckily, I was able to purchase another outfit while I was there. When I returned and told them of the smell and had them smell the clothes the front desk person acknowledged the smell. . I left them there to redone. I picked them up brought them home and had my daughter and her friend smell them. They stated the same- clothes smelled either like old dirty water or clothes that have been tucked in a closet for years. Returned the clothes and the owner didn't even smell them. Told me I can have them redone for the third time but I could not get my $30 back! Wow, really? I will never go to this cleaners again! Beware- no customer service skills!!!! read more
