The Dmv told me they could tell I was trained because I drove better than most. Great school and great price, cheaper than most in Orlando. When the phone rang, someone picked up but didn't say a word--instead, I was immediately placed on hold with music. After waiting several minutes, the phone was picked up again, but no one spoke to me. Instead, I could hear two or three ladies speaking to each other in Spanish in the background. I repeatedly said "hello" into the phone, but no one responded. Just as I was about to hang up, one of the ladies suddenly told me she had a quote for driving school, priced at over $400. I explained that I wasn't calling for a quote, but for a different question. The entire interaction felt incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend calling this business unless you absolutely have to. Their customer service left much to be desired.
