This guy is NUTZ. This two faced guy acted all cool on the boat. He didn't do any tour guiding (which was fine) but just drove us around - literally hardly spoke. We didn't have a problem with this actually bc we were just talking amongst ourselves and listening to slow jams. We brought OUR OWN trash bags and cleaned the entire boat before we left. He told us not to worry about cleaning but we said naw, we are cleaning up after ourselves. We are all professionals with plenty of respect for other peoples property. We were planning on rebooking for another occasion and found ON HIS INSTAGRAM - posts of us (our faces) trashing us. Saying that we left his boat trashed, and didn't tip him. And we peed in the jacuzzi? Are you serious. We didn't tip him because there were no indicators that he would appreciate being tipped. Jeff (the owner) cancelled our reservation claiming his gf had Covid. Of course I was understanding and empathetic to this; however, I come to find out he lied as I noticed he was still posting group rides on his IG page. Despite this, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to reschedule to on 2 occasions. He never tried to reach out to me after cancelling and yet still had the audacity to say he was booked when I tried to reschedule. Horrible customer service and who lies about something so serious?!! We just spent the day with Jeff and Kisses with Ya Mon Boats celebrating our daughter's 17th birthday. What a perfect day. Jeff was early to set up and had everything ready to go when we arrived. He was flexible and very positive. Jeff took us all around the Newport Harbor and we marveled at all of the incredible yachts and gorgeous back drop. Jeff made sure the temperature of the water was perfect for the teens and the Jacuzzi was super clean. We would definitely go again. I appreciated Jeff letting us set up for the occasion and we made sure take great care of of his boat bringing our decor. If you plan a table display, bring a storage bin to flip for a table and table cloth as the boat table is a small flip open table and low. Chartered a trip for my kids and I during the Newport Christmas Boat Parade. We had a unbelievably good time and were definitely "stars" of the parade (can't tell how many times people asked to join us!). Jeff is a great host and the hot tub was amazing. We had great weather so we spent most of the time sitting on the side of the hot tub watching the lights. It would have worked even in the rain though cause we could of just sat in the hot tub the whole time. Jeff is super, very laidback, helpful and friendly. Definitely a special experience! read more

I am very disappointed in my experience with Jeff. He is clearly unorganized and scatterbrained. We had booked my appointment a month in advance. Luckily I reached out to him a few days before the excursion as he had booked someone over me. Then when he offered to change the date to another day that week and I accepted, he then changed his mind on the date being available. He had no regard for the fact we had planned this excursion well in advance only to be booked over. I'm grateful groupon was able to refund my purchase due to the seller being incompetent. Unethical and poor business! I purchased this as a Groupon for my son for a birthday gift and when COVID hit, we were unable to go. Jeff reports to me he has nothing to do with the Groupon and I need to contact Groupon as it expired. Groupon of course has been excellent and in California NO COUPON WILL EVER EXPIRE, the face value will always be available. Was very excited to book this trip for my birthday, week prior we go into lockdown again due to Covid-19. Tried to ask him for a refund respectfully due to lockdown and concern of Covid as I'm sure he doesn't sanitize the entire boat. He was very disrespectful and wouldn't give a refund at all. He hasn't spent a dollar of my money for anything going towards us and would not refund anything unless I was "over 65". Then proceeded to tell us have fun staying inside and he'll be partying. Disappointed is not a strong enough word for Jeff's lack of professionalism and respect for his patrons. We were all looking forward to the unique experience of sailing while in a hot tub. Jeff seemed courteous and inviting. He engaged in some conversation and introduced us to his dog. We even obliged when he asked to take pictures for his Instagram. Because we brought quite a bit onboard (champagne, cake, cups, etc.) I decided to bring a trash bag to ensure we left our host's boat clean of our belongings. After visiting Jeff's IG the following day to see our videos, I was met with accusations of our party trashing his boat, urinating in his hot tub, and not tipping. If you want to be upset about not receiving a tip, be upset. But, to lie and slam your customers on a public platform is beyond disgusting. So glad we saw the comments before he had the sense to remove them. We had planned to re-book and I shared the highlights/referred him to multiple other people, but that is definitely business lost. read more

1 star is 1 too many. The idea of this experience was really exciting and seemed to be a great time. We arrived on the boat and Jeff made minimal, but friendly conversation and seemed to enjoy having us. He even insisted on taking footage of us for his instagram. After we docked, my cousin who thoughtfully packed trash bags proceeded to collect any remaining scraps that may have been dropped from beverages or snacks. Jeff even insisted that we didn't need to do so, but we found it necessary to clean up after ourselves. Literally not a thing left on the boat besides a ping pong ball that we didn't even bring, but still disposed of it once it was brought to our attention. We were going to refer this guy and decided to checkout his instagram to see if that would be a good way to spread the word and this guy had the audacity to use our images/videos and talked TRASH under them. Making references about how "dirty" we were and that we should go back to where we came from, amongst other distasteful comments. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and shocking. Needless to say, we will not be supporting this business again and we STRONGLY encourage no one else to do so. read more

Jeff was amazing, flexible, and the dog was so well behaved. I would tell anyone wanting to do this to keep the hot tub at 107, which sounds way too hot, but it loses heat quicker than the hot tub heater can keep up. Also I would suggest a way to route the exhaust from the generator underwater maybe, you could smell it occasionally. This was an amazing way to cruise the harbor! read more

I was invited to come on the Ya Mon jacuzzi boat for a small bachelorette party with 4 other girls and we had such a fun time that I rented it myself a few weeks later for my husband's birthday! Both experiences were so awesome! It's such a cool idea, cruising around Newport in boat while in a jacuzzi! I've never seen anything like it! Won't accept Groupon purchase , I bought a voucher to use anytime , they denied it , told me it had to be m-f even thought it said anytime . Jeff is very unprofessional and didn't even try to accommodate for his mistake. My friend booked with him on 8/4/20 for 9/22/20 at 2:30pm through Groupon and through several messages he said he accepted the Groupon and all he needed was a screenshot of it and that we were all set. The day of, we called to get the address of the location since we were all heading over there and he said he doesn't have an appointment for 2:30pm only 4pm, we sent him screenshots of all the messages with him confirming the appointment and time and he still proceeded to tell us he didn't have us down, today is my friends bday and we specifically booked on this day for that exact reason. And instead of him saying sorry let me try and work something out for you today since it was his mistake that he has a one track mind and didn't write it down after we were just speaking to him YESTERDAY! he just said well sorry I don't know what to tell you I don't have you down.
