Dr. Lee was always very straightforward in his approach and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my first visit. He gave me the option to try IUI before moving on to IVF, and while I can now look back and say IUI ultimately wasn't successful for me, I truly appreciated that he presented all of my options, educated me on each path, and allowed me to move through my fertility journey at my own pace. The procedures he performed were much easier than I expected, and he was always encouraging and supportive throughout the process. Fion - the absolute best of the best. There is no way I could have made it through this journey without her as my nurse practitioner. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly at every visit, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel rushed. I came into the office crying more than once, and she showed me more kindness, patience, and support than some of my own family members. She was incredibly gentle, compassionate, and even tolerated all of my nervous jokes and comments when I was trying to distract myself from being scared. The only thing I would change is having her become a labor and delivery doctor so she could deliver my baby! The staff deserves endless praise. Getting appointments was always incredibly easy. Out of the 30+ appointments I had, I think the longest I ever waited was about eight minutes--and that was because I arrived early. Every lab draw was quick and painless. I always received prompt phone calls with results, and any necessary paperwork or emails were sent right away. Rosa, Julie, and Natalie are absolute heroes. Jennie in billing was a lifesaver. I went through two different insurance plans that advertised IVF coverage, but navigating the actual benefits was a nightmare. Jennie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my charges, clarify what insurance was actually covering, assist with rebilling when needed, and make sure everything was processed correctly. When you're going through something as intense and emotional as infertility treatment, the last thing you want to stress about is insurance. Jennie made that part of the journey so much easier. Everyone's body, mind, and fertility journey is different, but I genuinely believe the team here has the knowledge, compassion, and patience to support anyone who walks through their doors.
