I rarely write reviews but felt the need to for them. First off, the office is run smoother than any medical/dental/legal/cpa office I've ever been to. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes in the wait room. If you have a question, you send a message in your portal and you get an answer back immediately, even if to say "a nurse will call you this afternoon" if it's not an immediate need. Everything is so efficient and so easy it's like autopilot working with them. The office itself is beautiful and clean and any amenities you need. Second off, everyone on the staff is so nice. They felt like my friends and sisters cheering me on. They are very thorough and consistent and always explain things and give you a chance to ask your questions. Lastly, dr Amin was amazing. I felt like I was with a pro who has seen it all and can navigate with you whatever comes up. I found them through a friend who had the same great experience and will be sure to send any other friends that are looking for reproductive help their way. read more

Making the decision to go with Dr. Han and RPMG Long Beach for my first go at IVF has hands down been the best decision for my fertility journey. After 5 rounds of IUI at another clinic, multiple surgeries, and loss over the years, I've had a lengthy journey getting to IVF so I felt very anxious about this new chapter. From the very first zoom consultation with Dr. Amin to every follow-up appointment, my experience with Reproductive Partners has been nothing short of exceptional. They take the time to explain every step of the process clearly and reassuringly, which makes what could have been an overwhelming and highly emotional experience feel manageable and even hopeful. My provider has been excellent -compassionate, professional, and truly supportive throughout my care. I have absolutely no complaints about the clinical side of my experience. Unfortunately, the billing and authorization process has been extremely frustrating. For over a month, I have been trying to get a clear answer on billing and authorization. Communication has been inconsistent, follow-ups have not happened as promised, and I was told a manager would contact me but never received a call. When patients are already navigating emotionally and financially complex fertility care, billing and authorization should not add unnecessary stress. I found myself managing my own care, repeatedly chasing basic information that should have been clearly communicated. This clinic has great providers, but the billing department seriously needs improvement in organization, accountability, and communication. read more

It was a blessing when we found Dr. Han. He is the sweetest, most caring doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and does not rush you through appointments which I had experienced at another fertility clinic. The staff including the receptionists, nurses, ultrasound techs, and phlebotomists are all professional and very nice. I really liked their patient portal because it kept us informed and it was easy to communicate with the office or your doctor. I had one round of IVF that resulted in one normal embryo. Dr. Han transferred that one embryo and I am currently 18 weeks pregnant. For reference, I am 40 years old with endometriosis. Please please read my honest review and take it into serious consideration. We don't recommend Dr. Amin and Reproductive Partners team due to issues listed below. - Stimulate medication before retrieval were two clomid pills per day (only) and they called it mini IVF due to low AMH. Later on, two other Doctors told us Clomid was not enough. - NO medicine adjustment during ultrasound process. - Several ultrasounds were done by technicians, signs by doctors we never met and reviewed by Dr. Amin. - Exact same procedure for second retrieval. No medicine change nor adjustment. - No Embryo image sharing with patient. Received a template image after a few follow up. - Unfriendly and careless staff: They shared my Semen Analysis result with my wife despite of not having my consent. They did send an apologies email thought. - Lots of documents to read and learn about the procedure and come back with questions vs. a short education in-person. What another doctors told us in 10 minutes was much more valuable than all documents they asked us to read. - Pre-defined/similar supplement for all patients. - No communication between offices. We had paid full amount to main office, but had to do some procedure in the other office. The second office keep calling us for payment and primary office was not taking any actions! and Btw, gooood luck with finding Sandra who is in charge of billing. - No medical advice after embryo transfer. The exact words: treat yourself as if you re pregnant, no caffeine, no stress. We received so many medical advice with another doctor which ended up in successful transfer. - We reported our concerns to corporate office. After 1-2 follow up, they copy/paste Dr. Amin's response and when we replied back, we never heard back. ****My wife had a successful IVF transfer on first attempt with another doctor (Not here) . I was seen at this location for about a year, however, I did end up getting pregnant naturally not through treatment here. But I do want to say that in the short time that I was under Dr. Amins care, I really loved her. She made me feel so comfortable and showed that she really truly cared and wanted to help. I feel that this is important, especially when you're suffering from miscarriages for unknown reasons. The staff is great as well, and always responded to messages quickly. When I originally started with Reproductive Partners, I was seeing Dr. Cassidenti, personally, I don't recommend being seen by her, she seems to lack empathy and makes you feel like she just doesn't care as if you're just another patient. Update 4.5 years later. They were wrong wrong wrong about every detail. Every terrifying picture in the book is still visible in my mind's eye, and thank god none of those happened, nor was there any evidence that it would happen. I told my primary doctor what happened at RPG. They were shocked, shaken, and unfortunately had heard something similar before. They vowed to do something about the systemic injustice and fraud they got away with and seem to regard as standard of care. I hope they do, which is why I am not naming the doctor in hopes that will bolster their efforts. I got pregnant the first try using my friend's sperm via in a medical grade Turkey baster catheter device at my primary care doctor's office. These things are simple and can be bought on eBay. Don't need a liquid nitrogen cryo storage facility that charges $5k a month and then additonal washing procedure and whatever else these used car sales tactics want you to buy. My Total Cost was thousands to RPG for absolutely the opposite of help. Then $10 to my actual doctor for the entire process of insemination, follow up, and even the front desk staff being lovely with me because they are kind people. RPG receptionist behind fancy frosted glass doors had a nasty attitude and I still remember her facial expression of disdain and arrogance and comment as I walked out of there. Pregnancy was easy. No "advanced maternal age" dramas. As i told RPG, stats are nice but have you considered the human in front of you? Fit, zero health history, prepared, educated.... My home birth was lovely. Done in 8 hours of contractions (which is considered fast, especially for a first pregnancy). Child is healthy, now reading and writing. no genetic problems. none of the fear-based insinuations from RPG have had any relevance, nor provided anything helpful in my personal experience. Yes everyone is different. No one knows the future. But RPG painted a horrifying picture and implied they know everything, they are the best, that my way was bad etc all with a depth of certainty. They also flat out refused to use a known donor unless holding the sperm for 6 month's minimum to test it twice. I already ate tested the donor, who I have known for years and of course who I only would choose if trustworthy but they didn't function based on what the patient wanted or the patient's level of risk or have an ability to alter their standard procedure. One thing I didn't mention in the original review is they told me my ovaries were too small to function and that there may be a scary genetic defect regarding my ovaries. I told them my menstruation cycle and they said yep see that proves it. The whole topic seemed very self-promoting like whatever I responded was proof of their ambiguous insinuations (no diagnosis, just hmmm this could be bad, very bad, hmmmm, shaking head). I'm so glad my ovaries worked for obvious reasons and also to shake off the awful cloud of negativity they draped over me and the whole process. 4+ years later I still shake with fear and anger when I reflect on that experience. This review is long overdue but time availability has kept me from getting to it. Now that I've had time to cool off (refer to previous reviews) I need to be level headed and fair. Dr Amin and Reproductive Partners brought us our rainbow baby and he's the most amazing bundle of energy. He would not have been possible without Dr Amin, her staff, and the amazing embryologists. My only issues truly with RPMG has been the way they handled the whole support person thing (especially now we're in year 3 of Covid with it never ending, just let the support person be there) and the social media issue (why I docked a star). My husband and I had been trying to conceive for a couple of years and it just wasn't happening. My OBGYN referred us to Reproductive Partners. It was a very emotional journey but Dr Amin and the staff were super supportive. Dr Amin is incredibly smart and amazing at what she does. After months of tests and monitoring, I was finally scheduled for the transfer. Unfortunately it happened to be during a week that Dr Amin was scheduled for vacation. We were really disappointed to schedule with a different physician. Don't get me wrong, I have had quick check-in appointments with the other doctors and totally trust them. However we loved Dr Amin and being our specialist, we built a rapport. Her nurse, Patty, saw how upset I was and spoke to Dr Amin. She is so awesome, she came in just to do my transfer. I was referred to Dr. Amin by my OB/GYN at MemorialCare and I'm so happy that she recommended me to her. Dr. Amin was amazing to work with. She explains things thoroughly and makes you feel at ease. She's very sweet, understanding, and also very knowledgeable. I was also referred to another doctor at HRC by my acupuncturist, but after meeting with this doctor, I felt uncomfortable because she was very dismissive of my questions. Through a few friends who also went through IVF, I was told how important it is to feel good about the doctor that you end up with because IVF is an emotional rollercoaster and you want to trust your doctor. I really trusted and felt good about having Dr. Amin to count on because of how well she explained things. I trusted her and her suggestions, but she also let me decide how I wanted to move forward with all the information given to me. The other doctor at HRC didn't give me options and made me feel pressured, so I decided to follow my gut and work with Dr. Amin instead. I highly recommend Dr. Amin and the rest of the staff at Reproductive Partners. For reference, I was 35 when I started IVF and found out that I had a low AMH for my age. I went through 3 rounds of IVF to be able to bank enoughembryos for 2 live births. I ended up with 2 tested/normal embryos, 2 tested/abnormal embryos, and 5 untested embryos. After having PCOS for 14 years, I was told by multiple doctors it would be impossible to get pregnant. My husband and I had tried for years naturally with no luck. We went to see Dr. Amin in February 2019, and explained our situation. She told us she would do everything in her power to get us pregnant within the year. After doing Letrozole for several months and several IUIs, we got pregnant in July 2019!!! It was on our last IUI too, right before IVF. We just welcomed our little man Aiden in April. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I felt more like a number than a patient. Every time I went in I had a different doctor and every doctor had something different to tell me. My first medicated cycle I had gone in to have my scan and the nurse asked where my husband was and that I needed to call him immediately for a sample. She confused me with having an IUI. The second medicated cycle I was on, the doctor did as well. He told the nurse to give me my trigger shot and I'd come back in two days for my IUI and left before I could tell him I wasn't doing one. The main doctor said I should consider doing surgery on my uterus. I asked if it would cause a miscarriage if I didn't and she said it could. But she said she wouldn't be able to tell me if it was because of my age or my uterus. On my last appointment there, I knew I wasn't going back. I had a doctor put me on a crazy dosage of Clomid and caused a cyst. So I paid my balance off. Well, over a year later they're now after me for $25. They're billing makes absolutely no sense and I shouldn't owe anything. I actually ended up going to another fertility doctor and I just had my first baby six weeks ago. I wasted time and money there. Btw, the other doctor never told me I needed surgery on my uterus and my pregnancy was completely healthy. read more

I have had the privilege of working with Reproductive Partners as a medical sales rep for about seven years. I wanted to share this first because as you can imagine working with businesses really get to see the ins and outs of what it takes to run an IVF clinic. The staff is COLD, unwilling to help and has caused me thousands of dollars, charging me many times for things that should have been, and were, covered under my insurance. Staff and doctors are very lazy, rude, and act as if you're wasting THEIR time. Completely insensitive to people already having to go through this difficult journey. You can tell every person in the waiting room is miserable too. I have paid them my LAST VISIT and will go somewhere else. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Amin and the staff at this office. When I came to RPM I was already 38 years old. I have endometriosis, hashimotos hypothyroidism and questionable tubes, and I had never had a single positive pregnancy test. Dr. Amin recommended a mid stim protocol, which worked great for us. We were able to get 2 PGT normal embryos each from two back to back retrievals. Dr. Amin was *incredibly* thorough before using any of these precious (and expensive) embryos. A hysteroscopy caught a uterine polyp, so I had that removed by my OB. Dr. Amin also recommended a mock cycle/ERA, which showed that I was prereceptive and needed 12 extra hours of progesterone. Then she had me take birth control to suppress any endometriosis that may have grown back after my excision laparoscopy from the year prior. I'm currently 10 weeks with our first transfer and just graduated from the clinic . I am so grateful that Dr. Amin took her time to assess all of our potential obstacles up front. She created a very proactive treatment plan that helped us have the very best shot at getting our embryos to stick. In addition to her professionalism, Dr. Amin is incredibly warm, kind and optimistic. I have not experienced a better bedside manner in a doctor. She answered all my questions, and every provider at the clinic asked "do you have any more questions?" at the end of every appointment - until I said no. I never felt rushed, and my phone calls with any questions were promptly returned by the end of the day. I also saw Dr. Lee on a couple of occasions for monitoring when Dr. Amin was out for surgeries, and he was also wonderful - very kind and took his time explaining my ultrasounds. The nurses were all incredibly kind and helpful as well. I feel incredibly grateful that my husband and I found this clinic. We still have two trimesters to go, but so far my pregnancy looks great. Our baby girl is due just after my 40th birthday, and we still have 3 embryos in case something goes wrong - or to to try for a sibling . Kind, compassionate, thorough, patient, and gentle are words I would use to describe the ENTIRE RPMG team. From the front office, to nurses and doctors, as well as administrative staff--THEY ARE THE VERY BEST!!! My husband and I have undergone various procedures with this medical team (3 IUI, 1 IVF w/ FET), and I felt at every stage that we were educated about our options, listened to by the doctors and nursing staff about our concerns during each process (day or night) , and genuinely cared for throughout our journey to conceive. You cannot ask for more from a fertility clinic! When I went in for my egg retrieval, one of my attending nurses told me that Dr. Cassidenti got her pregnant after 40. That further confirmed to me that I had chosen the best team to help me conceive. I wouldn't recommend this office. I've been seeking treatment from Reproductive Partners in Westminster for over a year. I feel like they don't really care to get me pregnant. In fact the person who recommended them to me, feels the same way about her fertility journey with this office. Dr Cassidenti is/was my doctor, and I felt that I was not a priority to her at all. In fact, over the course of a year, I never met her in person. I met Dr Amin, and she covered for my doctor when I received my first IUI, she was very caring, and understanding to my situation. I was told by Dr. Cassidenti that I could come in for IUI, but she did not relay the message to the rest of her staff. So, there was some confusion. However, thanks to Dr. Amin, I walked out of the office happy that day. The last communication I had with this office was to decrease my prescription with no explanation. I was excited to meet with representatives from RPMG as I have known several people that have been successful having children from here, including my own brother. I have heard so many amazing things about how they were treated and how the staff was just incredible and I thought I was even silly scheduling other consultations as I was sure I was going to pick RPMG in the end. HOWEVER, I was sadly disappointed. I began by calling the referral number given to me by my OB. I called the number 3 times and no one answered and there was not even a place to leave a message. I thought this must be a mistake. So I checked yelp and the internet to make sure I had the correct number. I did. I called again the next day, no answer. I sent an inquiry on their website the following day and then the next day I received a voicemail and an email confirming that the receptionist had left me a message. I called back and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later. Due to COVID we scheduled an appt on the phone with Dr. Yee. She also informormed us that it would be $250 for the half hour consultation (which has been free with all the other specialists we have met with). We did not mind paying the fee, again, as I was sure we would love this place. However, once we met with Dr. Yee, he recommended a very different path that any of the other fertility specialists had recommended. I was disappointed as I felt like the consultation was very cookie cutter and that it was not tailored to the test results we had brought to the consultation (he recommended IUI first as the other doctors recommended going straight to IVF among other things). I was still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I had known so many people that have been successful, so I began to reach out to try and get a quote/ schedule for the IVF route as opposed to the IUI. I was sent an email from Alicia and the following day I attempted to replied to the email and it bounced back to me. I then tried to call the office, but it was closed for Hanuka. I left a message with Mary in scheduling and eventually someone did email me back letting me know that I could call and ask questions. Basically, it was super difficult to move forward with this specialist. I know it is the holidays and COVID, so things do get more complicated. Unfortunately for us, it just made it too complicated. The people that we did speak to (for the most part) were very friendly and they did send us emails that were very informative. Dr. Yee is a very sweet man and does have a way of explaining things so that you can understand them. I honestly just felt like I had the hardest time getting a hold of them; that was my first impression and I didn't want that to be my IVF experience. However, there is no lag or miscommunication in the billing department I definitely received my bill ( and a few reminders) very quickly. read more

Would highly recommend to go to the RPMG in Redondo Beach, HUGE difference. I chose this location because it was closer in distance but soon after my first retrieval changed doctors. The office staff is good for the most part but Dr. Cassidenti was the worst. I normally don't leave reviews but like many people mentioned, simply having to do IVF/fertility treatment is difficult. Emotionally you're already going through a LOT, you expect your doctors to have empathy and be patient like Dr. A at the redondo beach office. Dr. Cassidenti was very condescending, rushed most of the time and when you would ask questions, it was as if you were dumb to ask. No empathy, no patience...I would come out of my visits helpless at times. I went through the retrieval and as soon as it was over, I changed to Dr. A at Redondo. WORLD of difference! She is so much more knowledgable but super humble and kind. She is your cheerleader unlike Dr. Cassidenti. Again, I really hope Dr. C changes her ways and remembers to genuinely empathize with her patients. read more

I would say this clinic and its protocol is only good for the average population, regardless of age and it's too standardized. This isn't a good place if you have underlying conditions that are more complex or if you are older. Doctor Amin is nice but I don't really look for nice. I look for good protocols. What she does isn't inappropriate, just not optimal and it's just too standard: I did mild stim for 2nd cycle and they don't measure blood work but I think they should as they need to see how your hormones are doing that may affect quality of eggs and its ability to divide properly, not necessarily to prevent OHSS. I have had 3 clinical doctors tell me this wasn't their protocol, that they actually monitor blood even with mild stims . So you're paying a lot for mild stim with lack of monitoring. Very expensive. I Have had 2 cycles with RPMG but I don't think their protocols are optimal: I am seeing another doctor who does blood monitoring during the whole time of stimming to see if they can adjust meds dosages which can lead to better egg quality. I have no male factor and my endometriosis is a major factor which another doctor is recommending a totally new treatment that RPMG didn't bring up : so I don't believe my chances were optimized and I paid them over $25k for two cycles , which also include meds. This place is better suited for younger couples that don't have many factors against them. This place is too expensive to do cycles that won't optimize protocols otherwise. I gave them a shot and I have no embryos. read more

We just welcomed our second baby thanks to Dr. Amin. We are so thankful to have found her at Reproductive Partners. When we tried for our second baby we did the same treatment plan that worked for our first and I was pregnant within a month of my first appointment back. The staff is incredible and they always call you when they say they will. I recommend Dr. Amin to anyone struggling to get pregnant. read more

I did not have any issues with the initial appointment or the initial service. In fact I found the overall environment inviting at the front desk as the personnel were very courteous. However when they directed me to the semen collections zone for men, I realized that while this place is welcoming to the female population, it is a barren wasteland for males seeking fertility help. See photos. Yep, you're a looking at a bare bones bathroom with a chair and a monitor. I want to emphasize I am all in favor of female empowerment in the face of male adversity and discrimination. But this is discriminatory bordering on cruelty to men to the N-th degree. I can't recommend any guy go to this clinic, because we clearly are NOT WELCOME here. Who wants to pay $125+ to be given a cup in a public toilet. Come on! Male fertility is a very sensitive thing too. Guys want discretion, and an environment that is welcoming and conducive for seeking HELP!!!! This is clearly not the place. If you're a guy, look elsewhere. read more

Going through Infertility is very difficult and having a doctor that is on your side and supportive is very important. I originally requested to see Dr. Amin but she didn't have any appointments so I was scheduled with Dr. Casadenti. You are treated as just a number and Medical assistants and techs run your fertility journey here. As a nurse that is very uncomfortable for me. This is my second clinic so I already have some insight as to what may or may not work for me. They have overlooked many things along the way. I've only seen Dr. Casadenti twice (initial appointment &HSG). When I asked to speak to her she was clearly annoyed that I had questions and provided very sarcastic answers. Our original plan has seemed to fade out and I have now fallen into a protocol treatment plan. The only reason I'm here is due to insurance. This place is amazing! Love the Doctors & how they treat you. It's not cheap but it works! They start with low cost options an go up from there. Facility is clean an easy to find. The employees seem to love their job & are so Kind. Anytime you call an have questions the nurses are so helpful an not annoyed by all your questions :) If you feel like you can't have babies this is the place for you! Don't be overwhelmed.
