This woman working (brown hair, larger frame) appeared to have an attitude problem with everyone in the store. I wanted my yogurt, but she rolled her eyes at me when i requested said yogurt. AMAZING! This place still takes the cake or should I say yogurt - LOL - as the BEST frozen yogurt place we have EVER been to. Everything is always fresh and tastes FANTASTIC! They have several different types of frozen yogurt to pick from (like original, strawberry, pineapple, blueberry lemon and more). Once you have picked a base you can make it into a smoothie or a cup of yogurt. Then you pick the toppings or what you want mixed into the smoothie (it usually comes with three choices, unless you choose to pay for extra). The toppings are usually really fresh. They have a bunch fresh fruit to pick from, boba, candies and more. My favorite is the original with strawberries and bananas in smoothie form. But we have liked everything we have tried so far. If you don't like tangy tartness, you should still try it, but I would recommend getting a fruity flavor instead of original and adding fruit and other toppings. Perfect place to stop by if you're craving a frozen treat but are trying to be eating a bit better! My fiancé and I popped in today and we decided to split a small black raspberry and it was delicious. Definitely more of a tart treat but it has the consistency that you'd hope for with a frozen dessert (?). You order out the counter and they will add any toppings to it that you'd like compared to somewhere like Menchie's where you do it yourself. It will definitely be on my rotation if I want a refreshing treat but I would probably consider it if I'm in the mood for something like a smoothie compared to it being a true ice cream alternative. I've been here twice now - in two weeks! The first time was the first day they had pumpkin flavored yagoot :o) I asked the server how it was. He had not tried it yet. But he let me try a taste of the pumpkin/pistachio mix that I was interested in. I skipped over the fruit toppings. They didn't seem like they would go with the yogurt flavors I'd chosen. I'm not a big candy person, so the other toppings didn't appeal to me either...until he suggested the vanilla wafers. They were perfect. Added a nice crunch to balance the creamy yogurt. Funny thing is I stopped in again this week and the same guy was there! I asked him if he'd tried the pumpkin flavor yet, and he still had not! This place just feels cool with their neon colors and their lucite type furniture. The only thing that kind of bums me out is when my favorite flavors leave after their one month stay. Yagoot in Deerfield is my all time favorite place to go for a quick smoothie or dessert. However, I went in the other night around 10-15 minutes before close. The door was locked and the girls were preparing to close. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand how frustrating it can be when customers come in close to close. One of the girls unlocked the door and was very nice but the other girl didn't smile once, wasn't nice to me and you could tell she was irritated by her face. Then I order my 16 oz smoothie and it's the size of a 12 ounce by the way she filled it. Because I felt bad, I put money in their tip jar and the girl was still rude to me! I apologized and when she handed my smoothie I said thank you and she just kept looking at me with a rude face. I've never been disappointed with Yagoot but this really topped it. read more

I have a hard time liking Yagoot, it is a nice healthier alternative to ice cream, but to me, the taste is sour. On this occasion I tried the strawberry flavor however, which seemed much less sour. The staff was really friendly and helpful in suggesting that perhaps I would like that flavor more. The store was clean and nice. This place is hands down my favorite frozen yogurt place. Coming from the west coast I'm used to yogurt places with really tart flavors like pinkberry or yogurt world and before yagoot the closest I could find to that was orange leaf. Needless to say, ever since we've found yagoot we've never gone back to orange leaf. Yagoot doesn't have the self serve option so it's not as fun and you have to pay additionally for each extra topping but if you like tart yogurt flavors the actual yogurt taste is incomparably better at yagoot. They always carry strawberry and plain yogurt flavors and each month they have two new seasonal flavors - personal favorite is the pistachio! Also if you get a yagoot loot card u can stack up points to get any free item after gathering 50points. Each dollar you spend = 1 loot card point. My favorite thing about yagoot is that they also package their yogurt flavors in small to go containers so that you can enjoy it any time at home! Before the to-go containers were worth double loot card points but they stopped doing that... I hope they bring that back! read more

The frozen yogurt has a signature tart taste. It always tastes fresh and isn't bad for you. I get yogurt from here frequently and have never had a bad experience. I recommend the coconut and pistachio yogurt. I always said places like Menchie's and Orange Leaf do not taste like real froyo. They just taste like bad ice cream with weird favors. If you have not been to Yagööt, you have to try it. It is genuine frozen yogurt that deserves much recognition. read more

Yagoot had been our favorite ice cream spot in the neighborhood until today. Quality of the product is fantastic and the kids there are usually really nice. However, today things changed. Apparently too many customers took them to their limit and, without being rude, were far from nice. Yo top it, the amount of product we were served was nothing short of miserable. The customer ahead of us complained to the server and her response was that it was the right amount. First time in my life I felt tempted to go back to the tip jar and get my money back. I've been meaning to try this place for a while, on my quest to find the best frozen yogurt and soft serve ice cream in Cinci. Hands down, this is the best frozen yogurt I've tasted in a long time. First of all, it's not sweet, it's tart. One thing that's really been bugging me about most of the other frozen yogurt places I've tried recently, is they mostly serve only super sweet flavors. Like hurt my teeth sweet. And they're always bad approximations of a true treat. I'd rather eat real "key lime pie" or a true "chocolate fudge brownie" than these horrible frozen yogurt renditions of them. I mean, come on, they don't even taste like those things! Yuck. Back to Yagoot. Yagoot's taste comes from the simpleness of the flavors and the natural sweetness of fruit toppings (though they have other non-fruit if you like). Heaven! If you like things a little sweeter, go with the strawberry. If you're not keen on tart, stay away from the original flavor. Like the name says, this is frozen yogurt. Yogurt is naturally a little tangy, so is yagoot original flavor. We also tried the two season flavors pistachio and pumpkin. I personally can't stand pumpkin anything and this was no different, but the pistachio was amazing. The service was quick and friendly. My son sat and thoroughly enjoyed our treat. Hot day, go get ya some sweet tangy yogurt. It is pretty good! Yagoot has pretty good tasting yogurt with extremely fresh toppings. One thing I didn't like was the limited types of yogurt they had. Four to choose from, regular, peach, strawberry and coconut. Really was not impressed by the selection of toppings but.... what they did have was extremely fresh!!!! I love yagoot! Every other time I have been there I've had a good experience. Tonight I was disappointed with the portion and toppings. Usually you get a full cup of yogurt and stuffed full toppings. But it's not that big of a deal seeing as it tastes wonderful.
