Felipe supervised closely checking the work many days per week. He was often hands-on dealing with details to ensure they meet his expectations. As the project wrapped up, he blue taped his own crew's work and had them cleaning up details that I didn't even notice. When I performed walkthrough there were only a few places I needed to request touchups to and those were handled well. There was one bit of trim carpentry that I wasn't satisfied with and Felipe took an extra day to rework it to my preference and had his crew come yet again to touch up the final paint. He included a house cleaning in the project which turned out well (Sheetrock dust was everywhere, of course). When he came to check the house cleaner's work, he even took his shoes off before entering even though no one was there to notice if he did. At the end of the project, we have a move-in ready house that feels brand new. Sheetrock repairs, interior painting walls/ceilings/trim/cabinets, custom murphy bookcase, enclosed wall cutout, wrapped beam with stain-grade wood and stained. Felipe's bid wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but I trusted his reviews and was not disappointed--I feel we got what we paid for.

Well, without saying much. I hope the painter and the woman who drove him here today can see how…read morethis door is looking after spraying. Painter only applied one coat and won't apply additional coat. And will not touch up uneven areas. Painter expected client to tape and prep for them and expected that to have been completed before they arrived because we offered to help Them. They even asked yesterday if we were going to prep today. This is your job and we only offered to help. All items were covered up and there was ample space to move around the baseboards. One room was ready for them to start working but they do not want to start or prep other areas. We also offered to give them deposit the first day before they even asked. There were so many flags ignored. They came with no prepping material such as tape and we had to provide them with tape. the painter insisted in using brush to paint instead of sprayer and he packed up and drove off. While you won with the deposit and left after barely 1hr spraying one side of door this way on day 2 (4th hour of working) I hope someone else will not have to go through this with you. And after seeing this door this way, I am thankful you didn't have to paint the interiors.
