The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The guy who helped me spent a lot of time answering questions and helping me be sure I got the best fit- and I ended up with a less expensive boot than I expected (which never happens). They had really good sales at that time, and I ended up coming back the next day to get a new pack. On the following day, I found an equally friendly and knowledgable staff. Their "binocular expert," Leslie, was amazing. He was able to repair them and teach me how to adjust the settings. Between the 3 pairs of binoculars I have, he helped me select which pair I should actually take on the trip: the smallest ones made by Zeiss. I highly recommend this company, and they offer so many more services beyond my basic needs.
