I was called a second time to ask if there was anything else I wanted done as far as transferring data. Both calls were very friendly and informative so I could make the best decisions for my needs. When I picked up my laptop I was amazed that there had been only one hour of labor needed so the cost was minimal. I now have a 4-year-old laptop that runs better than ever. Highly recommend! They also wipe and recycle all old devices and cords, which is a great service.

They put the servers in the new location and forgot to let domain traffic go through them. They control the domain. They put a network rack with servers in the break room -- no security and a danger. They suggested we have our computers go through old voip telephones even though another part of their company said this would be too slow. When I was in a meeting with their employee Jeff he would hardly even acknowledge my existence even though I was the sole IT person for the company. He also recommended (to a senior manager) that I put a wire in the ceiling for a connection when I am not licensed to do that and could get in serious trouble if there were a fire. It was a wall to computer network wire and would allow dangerous gases to escape from the ceiling due to their non-plenum rated wiring. I picked up far too many pieces for this company. They present themselves as more competent than they really are. If you want good IT service go elsewhere.

Instead, it was draining into the ground...something that was acceptable in 1940 when it was built. Over 85 years, the drain pipe had eroded and likely collapsed, causing the sink to stop draining. Tyler went to great lengths to figure this out, and was 100% ambitious, positive and reassuring in stating that it would be fixable. Two days later, he returned to perform the work and succeeded at rerouting the pipe to the septic. Tyler was extremely hard working and represented his company in an exemplary manner. It was not an easy task and he should have been supported with some help, or the job assigned to a smaller plumber. He gave 5 star effort. I would not, however, rate the company as high, due their lack of concern for his safety.
