We've had other CPA's in the past but Lynnette has been the best for more than 10 years now. She makes it a breeze after we provide the documents to prepare our taxes. Another major service she provides, in a timely manner, is that any inquires from the State or Federal Government is taken care of by her. Many cases it's an error on the State and Fed Gov't part! This is a great service because prior to using her services we were using another CPA and he simply turned his back on us and said he doesn't have any documents plus he was using interns to prepare clients taxes!! Been going to this CPA for over 20 years..She messed up big time in 2019. Ended getting an IRS Fed. notice that she put a wrong calculation in the wrong box..ending up paying more and also interest..Then, I get a notice 2022, she forgot to send in my State amended return for 2019 also?? I've called several times, texted and email..NO response for her unethical behavior..If she isn't dead, then I see no excuses..I paid plenty money over the years to get things done by a professional, and now I believe this once Professional, is no more. I am discussed and will use a more reliable source..I read other reviews on here..how she doesn't return calls..like WHO CARES attitude..well, writing to the ethics committee on her practice.. Don't waste your time and precious money..She cost me in the end.. terrible way to treat long time clients.. At least put a voice message on your phone. read more

I have gone here for my taxes and she is a very hard person to get ahold of when I have questions. I wouldn't recommend this tax person. She was better a few years ago but has got really weird. No communication once when she is paid and will not answer question I have. I won't do any tax work here and people should avoid her business read more

Been calling her office for days to make an appt. even drove down to her office at Windward City SC and no one in office on a weekday. No sign on door for office hrs.
