One of my coworkers came in to get food during her break also got three togo orders for me and two others. the server was incredibly rude made her wait so long she about got up and left her food came out it was fine but she had to wait another 20-30 minutes to place her togo orders the lady's name was cate and we were pretty sure she is a manager she was not very kind to her. The food here is amazing. I came with a group and we ordered a bunch of the appetizers like the edamame and calamari. The Steak Yakisoba, Hibachis, and Bento boxes were great! The waiters were super friendly. All our food came out at the same time and was all hot despite the quantity. I personally got the steak yakisoba. So I stumbled across this place when I came home to visit my family for the weekend. And it did not disappoint! All the rolls were at a decent price. With the Specialty rolls starting at about $11.99 apiece. So I don't eat fish and I was very strategic about finding sushi that just contains shrimp and crab meat and their menu had quite a few options. Most of the time when I go places you can only find a handful that don't require fish. So I was very pleased about that. The lobster Rangoon's were to die for. I wish I would've ordered two of those but you better believe the next time I go for a visit I will be getting more than one order! The only thing that I was disappointed in was the shrimp fried rice. I assumed that the fried rice would have vegetables in it and that the shrimp would be mixed in and not just sitting on top. For just the rice to cost $9.99 on its own I was very disappointed in it, the only thing that made it taste better was the yum yum sauce that it came with. I was looking for some good on-the-road food and this place missed the mark. The service was good but it was dingy, old and tired and the food was pretty much the same. The teriyaki and the fried rice were bland, everything lacked Japanese seasoning and just all around disappointing. If you want to experience Japanese for the first time then maybe this would work for you but if you want authentic Japanese or something that wow's your palette then I recommend another choice. Service is always good. The food is good but it's hit or miss sometimes if your steak has any seasonings. When it does, it's delicious. The sushi is always great. The portions have become rather small on the lunch hibachi and you no longer get soup or salad at lunch. read more

I happened upon this place starving and from out of town, because the yelp reviews. I walked in and it was a clean design and clean facility. The gentlemen were helpful and nice. We were seated promptly and a nice girl, who spoke great English, came to take our order. We had gyoza as an appetizer and it was perfection! They were crisp and flavorful but not overly salty. The sauce was perfectly seasoned as well. I loved that they had dinner bento boxes and I had the steak terrayki that was enough food for two, (seriously, I brought half home to my husband who ate it cold!) It was tender and the veggies were a great texture. The fried rice wasn't too crunchy or overseasoned and the spring roll was the flakeist (if that is even a word) I have ever had. They had no issue subbing out our Cali roll for what we wanted and I haven't even gotten to my friends food! She had the salmon terrayki and it was melt in your mouth the sauce wasn't too sweet. The ginger dressing and yumyum sauce were phenomenal. Now on to the sushi!!! I had a Shrimp Tempura roll that was some of the freshest sushi I have had! We have been a few times over the last month and this last visit is the last time we will ever go back. We have had the same waitress every time we have dinner there and each time we go she in no more knowledgeable of the menu than the last time we went. Every time we ask about an item she has to go get someone else to help and they really don't know any more than she does. We were told that we were going to be charged extra for things we left off of our order which never in my entire life have I heard of such crap. She tried to charge me $3 extra to leave shrimp out of my rice because I am allergic. I have never heard something so stupid. I ended up having to pay $5 more dollars for a different meal because I apparently couldn't just get fried rice with chicken and steak. Then she brought me out steak and shrimp rice after i just went through the ordeal of having to completely change my order because of some nonsense. After we walked out and got to the car here comes the same waitress running with my debit card in her hand because I hadn't even noticed shed didn't hand my card back to me. $40 for food that was not even what we wanted and wasn't good quality. Management needs to be more present because obviously the people working there are having a hard time doing their job. read more
