Upstairs features some cardio equipment which overlooks the facility, including a movie-viewing room for those who wish to find some sort of escape while they sweat profusely all over the treadmill. There are machines and free-weights galore; ones you don't have to wait for providing you stay away during peak hours (5pm-7pm comes to mind). Need a post-workout shake? Saddle up to the shake bar and order away. Preparing for a vacation or are you just as pale as a jar of mayonnaise? Hit the on-site tanning booths. Gold's has a lot for those who are looking to get the most out of their time at the gym.
