The list of items is staggering. Windows, doors, chandeliers, tiles, cabinets, furniture, tools of all sorts, manual and powered, massive to regular rugs, appliances. The real finds are the non standard items that show up. I have seen $5000 outdoor patio sets going for $500. $600 - Massive griddles with all the extra's for $150. It is wild what you can find here, if your timing is good. So this is why if I see the gate open, I stop and do a lap.

On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

The only complaint I have is that the crew that came to install, began installing the fence incorrectly. They started to drill the post holes way to close to the street. We agreed on 5 feet from the sidewalk, which I believe is law, and they drilled the holes at the edge of my grass. I had to ask them to stop what they are doing and start over. I felt bad. But it was what it was. When it was all done I was VERY HAPPY with the work.

Needed someone for a tight time window and hefty job and Service Pro Locksmith came through big…read moretime. Tricky situation but had to get all the locks changed quickly in an elderly person's house. All the locks were various brands and ages and finishes so that another locksmith even turned us down. Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. When the whole job was finished, we went from 6 different keys (for an elderly person to keep track of!) to ONE key for a totally reasonable prixe. Thankful for their speed and professionalism and getting the job done. Highly recommend.
