After the repeated cancellations, Steve sent what appeared to be a Zelle refund confirmation, but it turned out to be completely fake m, the refund never arrived. This was not a misunderstanding; it was intentional deception. I will be reporting Steve Cho to the California Contractors State License Board (assuming he's even licensed, which is highly doubtful). I will also be filing a small claims court action against him, and based on his behavior, I wouldn't be surprised if there are already multiple cases pending from other victims. Please, do not make the mistake we did. Read his other negative reviews and you'll see a clear, consistent pattern of lies, last-minute cancellations, fake excuses, and dishonesty.
