In need of patching my drywall and paint after light installation. I contacted multiple contractors and Eddie responded very quickly with his availability. We are very happy with our experience with Eddy. Originally we requested a quote just for drywalling our garage but we ended up adding on demo, insulation, painting walls and painting our concrete floors. Living room refresh Eddy did a great job painting our living room, 3 Interior doors and came out great. He also did a great job painting my kitchen and laundry area. After returning the 2nd day of the job, Eddy wasn't satisfied with the patch work in the laundry room and did over again. Also, he painted my base boards in my restroom from a previous job that wasn't included in my quote. He left the extra paint. I ended up getting a water softener system installed, which required a small portion of the wall to be removed to install a Ptrap. Recently My father died, and I moved into my MOMs home to help take care of her in her old age. The home needed a much need repair and paint job. She was feeling down and to try to cheer her up I promised to find her someone to paint and fix the living room ceiling. I hired Eddie to paint the Living room, Hallway and Restroom. Additionally, I had a problem with the living room ceiling. It had a poor repair from years ago. There was a long, lumpy, raised and cracked section (Before and After Pics provided). Eddie assured me that he could make it better by patching, sanding and adding some texture to the ceiling. He told me that the only way to make it look perfect was to replace the entire ceiling, something we did not want to do. He assured me that he could make it better but could not guarantee it would be a 100% perfect look. I could see that he was confident he could make a noticeable improvement to my problem living room ceiling. He also quoted me a very good price. Granted he did tell me that I got a better price because I live so close to him. So, he gave me the neighbor discount price, which I very much appreciated. Both Eddie and his partner Christian showed up on the designated day and got to work. Both Eddie and Christian were wonderful individuals. Very easy to work with, very open to your input and questions and concerns. They did a good job of protecting the carpet, which my mom was concerned about.
