I delayed the second small part of it but later ended up requesting he come back to finish the job and he agreed. 3 times he didn't show up after changing the day and time each time after I texted to ask if he was coming. I understand if you have emergencies, but 3 times? why don't they text you in the least that they're not coming? the job is still not finished and I obviously didn't ask for his visit again. if these guys had more respect for the clients I would leave a better rating.

They came out twice shortly after the install to fix it, but it still leaked. After their second attempt to fix it, they told me not to call again because they would not come to fix it.
