I called Aqua Specialties and left a message on thier answering machine. I got a call back that and Chris came over to see what was wrong. He found our pump had been turn off and switched the circret breaker on for the pump. ( my husband thought he was truning the hot water tank off) The pump came back on and it worked fine. Chris then went out side to see the water run and it was still murky. He said let it run for 20 mins on and 20 mins off to clean the sediment out. He was very nice to come over after not expecting a call back until Mondy because I did not call for emerancey call. Since I was going to have some plumbing work done, I went for the shower/tub mixing value replacement and a new water heater too. I was in communication with Jenine and scheduled the work. They showed up with the water heater and new shower parts and did the job perfectly. Even turned the water heater so that the front was easier to access. We had a fantastic experience with Epping Well & Pump! We called 2 different companies. It wasn't…read morean emergency; we still had an operable pump, but it was running constantly and costing us a fortune on our electric bill. It was only a matter of time before it stopped working and we knew it so, we wanted to get it done before disaster struck! The first company came last week. (name begins with a C) They told us we needed to replace the pump and all the lines going out from the house to the pump. The price was $4k! We were in shock as we never anticipated it would cost that much! They wanted to do it there and then, but we wanted to get a second opinion, so we called Epping Well & Pump. They came out today and, they were fantastic in every way! Both guys (wish I had got their names), were great! They spent ample time diagnosing the problem and were extremely knowledgeable about what was going on. We were impressed as they explained everything to us in a way we were able to understand. They were polite, friendly, honest. We were told what to expect and what to do and not to do in the following 24 hours. In the end, we got the new pump installed and a new check valve. They did NOT need to install new lines! Total cost: $2350, a WHOPPING $1650 less that the first guy quoted us! What a relief to have the new pump installed and running perfectly! I can't wait to see the difference in our electric bill next month!! My husband, Beagle (they loved her) and I, could not recommend these honest and friendly guys enough!
