After many attempts and lots of time on hold they finally found my order but didn't update my name. At that point I wasn't confident in the delivery so I said I would just pick it up. I went to pick it up and they told me they wouldn't throw bags over them unless I paid $1 for each bag. I had left my wallet in the car so I was like are you serious. They never told me that when I checked out. So I walked out without the balloons in bags. They got all tangled up of course and they look like crap at home for my daughter's bday. Thanks party city.
