My mom was in town and she wanted to help me spruce up some sad looking empty planters. We were greeted promptly and all our questions were answered with good suggestions. Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days. I ended up hearing from another service simultaneously who responded they could definitely take care of me before the weekend, so I booked with them. I was so shocked when Nick showed up at my house that same evening that I sent my request saying he had found the time and could mow my lawn the next day. It made me wish I hadn't already booked the other vendor! I was so impressed by his responsiveness. As someone who works full time, I can't stress how much I appreciate someone responding to me quickly and going above and beyond to work around my schedule. Richard delivered on all of these and then some. During the process, he continued to consult with us and kept us informed of his schedule. We greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves and the tips he provided to us along the way. The owner, Josh, personally came out to do our bid for landscaping cleanup, lawn care, bush/tree trimming, etc. He clearly knew what he was doing and made us feel instantly like we were in good hands. He was able to schedule members of his team to come out and complete the work in less than a week and he personally called to confirm all requested services the day before. Josh's crew (I forget the two gentlemen's names) were so attentive and knowledgeable. My yard was a wreck, but they patiently walked me through everything they intended to do. Went to work and came home to PERFECTION!! So incredibly happy with the results. BTW: After I got our initial quote from Josh, I called around. I actually called 17 different lawn care/landscaping companies in Spokane and Spokane Valley. None of them acted as if they even cared about getting my business. When she ran into situations where she needed my input/decision, she texted me photos of the problem along with multiple options with pros/cons for me to choose. Unbeknownst to me the bathroom floor sits at a slight angle, which would have made the toilet lean. I appreciated her attention to this. She texted me photos of her level on the toilet showing the tilt along with options for different shims we could use. After the dishwasher was installed, she let me know all of the things she did to ensure it was done right as well as running a full cycle. All of this communication made me feel confident. I was also able to give her the code to the house and she ensured it was locked up and cleaned up each day she left. Another confidence builder for me. Lastly, I appreciated her attitude.
