There's not enough quotations in the world to describe how almost oddly shaped this place is as well, like a labyrinth, resembling that of the painting "Relativity" from M C Escher's work.... Hmmm. I don't like to have to be a maze runner to go to each location aesthetically but it's OK in my opinion, probably due to the lack of space given so I'll give it an ok feeling. This is the only one I know in south bay that has BOXING gym which is cool, but its in the dungeon underneath the gym, so enjoy it alone I guess? no ones ever in there but I bought some gloves so I'll punch a few. The only two PROS to this place compared to El Segundo is the outdoor gym is nice if you like a bit of fresh air instead of the luxury indoor interior. Second Jacuzzi is Gender Fluid, so ANYONE MAN WOMAN ALIEN ENTITY, may join in... And I've see one or two people I'd like to say Hi too if you know what I mean.. Hehehee.. And I mean probably like one or two people on any given day you would consider approachable that aren't retired folks, or teenagers, (if you are a single young adult like me :) Hey to each there own but this place is more like a converted 24 hour fitness with a few more unique things (boxing, outdoor jacuzzi) but also lacking in a few areas (less classes, small sauna/steam room, packed showers with little privacy and terrible handicap one)

The place is always clean, weights are always put away, clientele is always for the most part working out, not carrying on with conversations or taking or making their own video production of their workout because they're an influencer, which don't give me wrong they are still here, but they're far a few between the other gyms. They offer ready-made meals, every kind of protein drink that you can come up with along with waters a place to sit and rest so you really can't go wrong with this gym. The owner Dave, his wife and the staff are all really really, really nice people.

I purchased guest passes so I could bring my son to experience the gym. Instead of being welcoming or professional, the employee openly expressed that he did not like my son and stated that he would refuse to sell me guest passes in the future. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Guest passes are offered by the gym as a service to members, and personal opinions about a member's family should never influence whether that service is provided. The employee's comments made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect staff to treat all members and guests with respect, regardless of personal feelings. Management should address this issue and ensure employees maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

I got definitely scared of my mobility every day getting worst until I felt I couldn't even breath when Tieng my shoes. I randomly was scrolling on Facebook and I saw an add about Allegiate and I contacted them Coddy contacted me back and since then I felt hope. I don't want to feel my body stuck anymore. I signed the 6 Weeks Challenge everything was really smooth. Then Corbin took my Consultation and he committed with me to help me as well as Tony and José they are amazing couches. They are professional and dedicated to their jobs. If I cant preform an exercise they aske me in a scale how painful it is and they help me with another exercise. And how to forget about Sabrina she is a sweetheart and a giver, she is a hugger and always encourages me. Corbin & Tony knowledge is amazing and super helpful. It's not easy but it is worth it and my knee is stronger only in 4 weeks. I dint take pictures of the place because I don't know if they are allow. Sometimes humans take for granted our health and we spend so much money in what it hurts our body. These Gym and Team are a must in your life. I feel I am recovering my energy and mobility. Although I love to run I knew I needed a switch up. Allegiate is the most incredible space. Knowledgeable coaches who are supportive and encouraging, front desk who are always attentive and welcoming. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, from the owners to the members. It's not uncommon to see the owner right there working out alongside you, which says a lot about the culture. The front desk staff is always helpful, and the little details don't go unnoticed. Fresh clean towels are always stocked and the fridge has a great selection of drinks. The coaching staff is excellent as well. Each coach brings their own personality and style but they all keep workouts fun, efficient and straight to the point. You're guaranteed a killer workout in under an hour or stay for another class. They have so many classes throughout the day! My wife and I both go here and it's great to see so many families as part of the gym. Some even bring their kids, who hang out while the parents train. The location is another big plus. It's tucked away from busy streets, which makes it feel more private, yet it's still within walking distance to the beach--honestly the perfect setup. This gym is pretty small, but it has all the equipment you would need for a full strongman class…read more They have group strength training classes Tuesday, Thursday, Friday nights and Sunday morning. The classes have a suggested workout (but you are free to flex it as needed), and the coaches (Shawn, Romark and Martins) are endless perfectionist when it comes to form. The community is super welcoming and everyone cheers people on and helps either with tips or just helping you move weights around. Shawn and Martins really helped me focus on the fundamentals of my squat and deadlift. I have a lot of bad habits to break, and they are constantly trying to help cue me to improve. Martins drops in when he can and obviously its super cool to get lifting advice from the guy who won world's strongest. You can see even see the trophy at the gym!

The equipment is fairly new as well as most of it being from the rogue brand. The community is pretty welcoming even though it's a very small establishment. The biggest complaints are how the business aspect is structured, workouts you pay for, and a staff member. The business aspect was weird like set appointments pay later but like I definitely could of booked the appointment, worked out, and walked out without paying. Now obviously I didn't do that but there are people like that in the world who would take advantage of a situation like that. Next The session you pay for... soooo it's $50-60 for a day pass, once we started working out it was minutes passed the start time, "time is money" and felt like I was cheated a bit, session's are usually an Hour and a half my session started at 5 we began like at 515 and we literally did 3 workouts so kind of a bummer left with no pump and confused on $50 for 3 workouts! Now for the last complaint the staff member. Our coach for that session was Shawn Couch. When working out there was no real demonstration. It was like hey "this is the work out now do it" type of deal. For instance if a person who is a first time lifter walks in doing these lifts with no knowledge or form practice they can seriously injure themselves, and when he did "demonstrate" he took a person of the class to demonstrate it but still comment on what they are doing wrong. It goes with saying if you want something done right you have to do it yourself but he definitely wasn't about that life. He seemed more frustrated about how we weren't lifting correctly than to show us how it's actually done or supposed to look. At the end of our session he demanded that we put everything back, but it was said in a manner of I'm better than you I'm not helping you and walked out. I'm definitely coming back again to see/feel the vibe from the other coaches. I feel that this gym has major potential! But has to rid of certain things for it to blow up.
