Yes, I locked my keys in my car.....but only because my door latches are faulty! Anyway, I called AAA and they told me "1-2 hours"....but they dispatched Yared's road service....and he came in under an hour! I had a special situation since the car was non working and our parking lot was behind the apartment building. Smaller street led to the parking lot and no one would come to get this car out of my lot. The guy that came via AAA service saved the day! He tested to see if it was the battery or starter. After determining it was the starter he asked me to give him a small push ( down hill ) and it was out in a jiffy. He hooked it up to the town truck and I couldn't thank him enough for helping me out. This is the only one who went the extra mile to take care of me. This review is a few months late, and Yared, for that, I apologize. I have never had such a great experience with a tow truck in my life. My car began acting funny on I-5 south in Seattle, so I exited onto a very busy street, where my car quit running. Period. Absolutely nothing worked. I called AAA, and Yared arrived within 30 minutes. He was so kind, and courteous, and helpful, and drove my daughter and I home from Seattle to Arlington (about 50 miles). That drive was so pleasant - even sitting in traffic, as conversation with Yared was so easy. He showed me pictures of his beautiful family, and told me the story of how he arrived here. Through AAA, Yared came out and diagnosed what my Prius needed when it's battery had died. He was super nice and gave me some advice about a few other things to help my car, including how to keep water from finding it's way into a spot in my trunk. Yared was awesome. My battery was dead and when I called AAA, he was there in 15 minutes. He was kind, friendly, and willing to explain the mechanics of a car to me - I don't get them at all. He installed a new battery, and, when I was missing a part to hook it in properly, told me where I could buy it and then offered to return later that day, free of charge, to install it. My 14-year-old battery finally gave it up for good when I was on my way to work on Monday. After I coasted to a stop on top of the train tracks at Alaskan Way and Broad Street downtown (!!) some kindly gentlemen helped me push the car to the side of the road, where I called AAA. They called Yared to my assistance and he gets 5 stars in every way. Let me count them: 1. He arrived earlier than promised--I only had to wait about 15 minutes for him to get there. 2. He was immediately friendly: shook my hand, told me his name and asked me mine. 3. He has the best smile and most beautiful white teeth ever. That might sound a bit creepy but I'm guessing you'd agree if you met him. 4. He explained everything to me, worked quickly, was unfailingly kind and polite, and kept smiling through our entire interaction. 5. He got me back on the road in 15 minutes, after replacing my battery and checking all systems to make sure I was good to go. Best road service ever! I had a screw in my tire and needed help with my spare. I gave a call to Yarad and he was there within 30 minutes. From the moment he arrived his cheerful demeanor was calming. Yarad made it a point to introduce himself to me right a way and shook my hand. These guys are awesome! My car wouldn't start and was stuck in my garage. My call was answered on the first ring, and a battery truck was dispatched. The plan was to try jumping it, and if that didn't work the guy would roll my car out of the garage so it could be towed. The battery truck showed up not even ten minutes later, and had my car jumped in seconds. He advised me that I needed to get the battery checked right away, which I did (and ended up replacing). Yared has come to my rescue several times as the yearly spring start of the 1969 Buick Convertible I own sort of just sits around till its time! The last time out he shared AAA or he would come remove the battery recharge and bring back install and off I would go! AMAZING!
