She was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Despite the tight deadline, Eva worked her magic and got my dress back to me in just 1.5 weeks! The tailor said that the sleeves would have to be taken in from the shoulders and that it would cost $150 per sleeve and probably not worth doing it. I agreed and I left and went to another tailor. I was hoping that I would get a better price and this tailor was able to do it from the cuff and just move two buttons up to keep the look of the jacket. This leads me to believe that the tailor at Park Avenue Tailor is inexperienced. I will give three starts as this is just a review of the interaction and not of their work.

The staff was polite and attentive upon drop off and pick up. The cost for the 4 items I dropped off actually ended up being fairly reasonable as well. I was just a bit concerned about that as I wasn't told upon dropping them off. I was given the option of how quickly these needed to be turned around. Overall a very good experience. Nothing to do with Herman Jackson's, but parking is always an adventure in San Marco and it would be nice if they had their own parking. It would also be nice to have an idea of what the cost was going to be before leaving the drop off but the fact that it was reasonable more than made up for that.
