These are the best cleaners in Jax hands down. I brought in a jacket, my favorite suit jacket, that another cleaner had for a week and returned to me with spots all over it. The jacket looks brand new. Fast turn around, dropped the items off on a Tuesday and picked them up on a Friday. $150 for 15 items, including 4 dresses, 3 long jackets, a two piece suit, and a bunch of suit jackets. Their alterations are by far the best in the city also. My ivory vest embellished with 3D flowers looked new as well as the skirt. I had several other pieces done which they brought back to looking new. The cost was so reasonable I assumed it would cost more because another cleaner I've used in the past was more costly and less quality. The largest of the two comforters we have had washed there has come back to us for a second time with the most objectionable scents. The first time they did this to us, the comforter was folded up and heavily packed with dryer sheets to try to mask the odors. I don't think it was ever washed, but those odors did not come from us. We took them in because our washer is not large enough to handle 2 comforters. read more

This is a lovely family owned business. As soon as we walked in, we got treated like we've been going there for years. I wanted my dress cleaned and preserved and they did a beautiful job. Before they put it in the box they sent me a bunch of pictures and videos to make sure it was to my satisfaction. They did amazing on my husband's suite which was covered in cake and icing (thanks to the wedding). Pricing is very fair and the best in town. Great and fast service! My partner and I don't get off work until after 5 p.m., but we always have plenty of time to get to the cleaners, even on a weekday, which is already such a blessing. On top of that, the work they do is high quality. I have brought them so many clothes with set-in stains that I was completely unable to remove with my own stain removal methods, but they have been able to completely remove every stain I have thrown at them. I take my dry cleaning to the Southside location of this 2-store family operation. They provide very high quality dry cleaning without the awful smell that occurs when the cleaning fluid is overused. Many, if not most businesses fail to adequately purify and filter the solvents they use for cleaning. It's a way to cut their costs. Not here. My clothes always come back smelling fresh. They do a great job with ironing, not leaving creases. They have never turn-around times and have never lost or damaged an item. The staff is always courteous and cheerful.
