There's usually one or two ladies working, but even if it's just one, the wait isn't too bad. Since Covid, they ask that only 3 people be seated in the waiting room at a time and require masks for entrance. They have a rewards system and give you a card to get signed after each visit. Come 10 times and on your 11th visit, it's free! Not too bad considering your paying under $10 to get your eyebrows threaded to begin with. Mine usually last for more than 3 weeks.
