I saw a beautiful arrangement on this site that I wanted to send to a funeral. I was told it was an old photo and it could not be replicated. We discussed another design with an ombre effect of red on top then pink and then white roses at the bottom. I gave her a $120.00 budget + $20.00 delivery. I asked for a picture before it was sent out since I was out of town and not attending the funeral. I got the picture and noticed one of my daughters names was spelled incorrectly on the card. She said it was already delivered and I requested it be corrected and suggested for her to call the funeral director to replace the card. She sent a new card so that made me satisfied. I have heard the arrangement received many compliments. The attached paper card looks cheap and should be more elegant and sophisticated. It does not match the beauty of the rest of the arrangement. Overall I am satisfied because it looks sweet and feminine for a grandma from her 3 granddaughters. read more

0/10 do not recommend. I visited Yasmeena's in hopes of getting floral arrangements for my wedding. Owner met up with me and actually had a great in person conversation. She stated that turnaround time was 2-5 days for the invoice. 2 weeks passed still now invoice. Contacted the store and gave them emails for contact AGAIN. Such a wonderful place! Really amazing flower arrangements, I've been to many weddings that have been catered by Yasmeena's Floral and they're beautiful! I Made an order on Valentines Day and although the place was packed and really busy, I still got my flowers quick and had great service. Ever since the company switched owners, Yasmeena's Floral has really declined in both customer service as well as their products. Ive ordered arrangements twice from them and each time I've had to wait over 20 minutes, even though I called in advance, making me late to my next destination. Both times the arrangements were sloppily made and the second time I actually left the arrangement in the car and did not take it down to my friends house because I was too embarrassed by its appearance. The foam piece was showing through the flowers and the flowers themselves were very poor quality. read more

Ordered in flowers on their website for a next day delivery. Next day, no flowers. 2 days later, no flowers. I called on the second day to find out what happened and was left on hold for over 15 minutes while they forgot I was on the phone. After more phone issues, the person on the phone finally determined that they had never received the order (even though I had an email confirmation stating otherwise) and that they'd have to do it by hand. After giving the information again, they said it was going to be a $40 delivery charge because it was farther away than they are apparently comfortable with delivering to, despite having already paid (through the website) for the original order. I was never told via the website at any time that there would be extra charge for longer distance delivery, so trying to extort more money on the delivery charge (which is highlighted in no uncertain terms on the website, and is called "Delivery Fee" in the order confirmation) is unacceptable. Was told I would be contacted by the manager and never was. Stay away from this place, their service is horrid. read more

I have followed them on Instagram for years until it was my time to get married and was so excited to get a consultation with them. Jenan the owner was sweet however when it came down to pricing they were the most expensive quote we have gotten. We choose to go with them regardless as she made it seem that they will follow our instructions and we were very happy with what she presented them. When the wedding day came, we were so disappointed to see our sweetheart table was made of polyester with glued diamonds. It looked very cheaply made, and we could have made that ourselves if that is what we were going for. When it was time to take our flowers home at the end of the night we have found 6 arrangements that were all made up of about 10 or so jumbo calla lilies to be actually fake flowers. At that point I was livid as I had felt ripped off and so disappointed that they were not all they post to be. And it seems that I am not alone and many feel the same. What's sadder is the fact that instead of trying to build up their reputation again, they are getting friends and family members to post 5 stars review but it is all a hoax. read more

Went in to purchase flowers for Mother's Day very unprofessional they were just sitting down on the chairs with wilted roses. No logo on their box and overpriced me for the box I paid for! I ended up finding out my sister bought a bigger one for the same price from there and hers had a bow around hers and a logo on the box. In all honesty I miss the way this shop used to be run even tho I was the last customer .. they know exactly who I am now. Just miss jenan and her crew. I was shopping around for a florist for my summer wedding and fell in love with Yasmeena's. Jenan is extremely talented and puts all her heart into her client's events. She had met me at my synagogue to see the ballroom and ceremony space a few weeks before the wedding. I felt she really got to know her clients. She came up with great ideas for center pieces and chair covers and has such a eye to making any space look beautiful. 1: Center pieces: The center pieces of my wedding turned out beautiful! We chose half high center pieces and half floating candles. They were simply glorious! They even put rose petals around the cocktail tables. 2: Ceremony: Jenan built a chuppah for us. It turned out beautiful! The Rabbi said it was the most stunning chuppah he has seen. They also put flower arrangements down the aisle. It was so elegant. 3: Chair covers: Jenan chose to bring champagne chair covers. It was such a great choice and made the room really stand out. 4: Cocktail tables: I was even able to rent cocktail tables from Jenan for such a great deal! 5: Bouquets: I have never seen such gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres for the bridal party. I would highly recommend her for any event! They were on time, kind, professional, and did an amazing job! read more

Where do I begin? I gave Jenan (the owner) my budget which surely was hard to work with. We talked and planned, and she never tried to change the amount or add things on... she worked with my budget to try to figure out the best way to add decor to my hall. When the number of tables changed, she had better ideas of how to set things up. She gave me the most beautiful wedding I've seen. I asked for simplicity - and she gave me that. Everything was so elegant and stunning. Beyond what I even could imagine. I got multiple compliments about the unique simplicity of everything. In addition to the beauty of the decor... Jenan is a total sweetheart who genuinely wants her customers to be happy. A few words of advice: Pay your balance at least a couple weeks before the wedding (she has to order the flowers etc), be very clear with her about what you want, be realistic about your budget, and don't be a crazy bride.
