(I'm mainly also speaking to females here, but if you are a male with that fashion sense then I mean hey go for it haha) I really had no idea what I was walking into the first time I went to Versona. All I knew was that I was in desperate need of some cute dress pants and just a whole outfit for a presentation that was in a few days, so I needed to find something that day. I searched the handy old internet to find some stores nearby that might have what I was looking for at more reasonable prices, and that's when Versona crossed the radar. This is an awesome store! I am far from being a fashionista or really having any trustworthy sense of fashion, but this store has some CUTE items! From tanks to long sleeves to jackets to pants, they have a great selection of different types of clothes that can all be dressed up or are just the professional look you need (or I needed at least). Because, let's be honest- especially for women, previous decades of business appropriate clothes can be UGLY. Like, so awkward fitting, looking, and just really not making you feel confident or good about yourself in any way. But Versona has that touch of modern trends in their styles where you will like how the clothes fit and look. Trust me, it's a big deal! And the best part: the prices are so in reach! Broke college kid speaking here too (rip)- I didn't feel like I was giving away part of my soul just to have some more dress clothes. Most of their pants are around $30-40! They also have at least 3 displays of jewelry, scarves, shoes, sunglasses and so, so much. Oh yeah, you can try on your picks in their dressing rooms that are open again. Hallelujah! Top Buttons is my new favorite store! I lost 30 pounds (after a recent illness) and found so many…read morewonderful clothes here! Dresses, shorts, pants, blouses, sweaters, jeans, you name it! Plus, the money goes to charities that help empower young woman. I will be cleaning out my closet and bringing my larger sizes (some brand new), so that others can find the same joy I have had here. I usually go on Saturday during the Farmers Market and park just a block away. I purchased a Top Buttons reusable bag but you can bring your own, purchase one there or just carry out the clothes! The staff could not be more helpful, the store very clean. The more upscale clothing (think Ann Taylor Loft, Brooks Brothers, Gap, etc) are in the front and the rest of the clothing in the back where the four dressing rooms are located. They also have days where they send out text to say fill up a bag for $50 or 25-50% off all of your purchases, etc. All great deals! They also have stores in Bartow and Winter Haven. An employee named Sara behaved in an openly rude, hostile, and disrespectful manner. She spoke with clear attitude, used aggressive body language, and acted annoyed toward customers when they could not hear her. This was not normal "bad service" -- it was deliberate and unprofessional behavior. I was shopping with my autistic sister and my autistic daughter, and Sara's behavior directly caused my daughter to become overwhelmed and begin pancaking, a serious stress response in autistic individuals. Any employee working with the public should know better than to escalate a situation involving a child with disabilities. To make matters worse, Sara made an incorrect and unfounded accusation, which only increased stress and embarrassment for my family. This crossed a line. When I spoke with another employee, I was told this is not the first time and that her attitude toward customers is a known issue. This is not just poor customer service -- it is a pattern of behavior that Ross management needs to address immediately. Customers with disabilities deserve respect, patience, and basic human decency. I strongly urge store management and corporate to review this incident, address this employee's conduct, and ensure proper customer service and disability-awareness training. Ignoring this kind of behavior puts Ross at risk of losing customers and trust.

I was in line for over 30 minutes! In the meantime, I see other employees wandering about working on other tasks, I suppose. It seems it should be all employees checking customers out when the line is this long. Other store tasks can wait.
