They have quite a few seasoning options if you chose to have your food steamed as well as assorted veggie options to accompany your food. The fried seafood options are pretty fresh and prepared onsite. I try to avoid lunch time because the employees in the area (mainly from Lincoln hospital) frequent this market and it can get very crowded. They know their products. There's lemons, sauces, and vegetables. They can create a cooked meal for you; pick out what you want. They do the rest. You know it has to be great if it's always crowded.
