We came in around 8:00 on Sunday, 2/1/26 and sat at the bar. The bartender Jackie was busy and didn't see us for a couple minutes - once she did she apologized and took great care of us! We started with boneless wings, 1/2 buffalo, 1/2 garlic parm, they were really good! For our entrees I had the prime rib quesadilla and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! It was served SO hot I thought I would burn my mouth! But it would be worth it! He had the perch dinner and wasn't as thrilled with it as I was with mine. He said the perch is better at Whitlow's. There were lots of games on, hockey, basketball and a sports documentary. It wasn't too loud, but it is a lively atmosphere. I'm happy with our experience and hope we come back again soon.

Several people claim there have been repeated payroll issues, poor workplace conditions, lack of cleanliness, and management problems. The photos and accounts shared online are concerning. As a customer, food safety and how employees are treated are both important to me. Until these concerns are addressed transparently, I don't feel comfortable supporting this business. I encourage anyone considering visiting to do your research.

The service was great and the food and coffee drinks came out quick. For drinks I had a banana bread latte and he ordered a mocha with an extra shot. Both were delicious! We ordered 3 different entrees to share - I might not have the names right, so please bear with me if you try to find them on the menu and you can't find the exact same thing. Started off strong with the breakfast burrito. It was so good! I don't know if it had a cheese sauce or just melted American cheese, but it was a good balance of cheese, hash browns, eggs and sausage. The munchwrap was awesome with chorizo sausage, hash browns, a tostada for crunch and cheese all grilled up in a flour tortilla. Last and our least liked was the Cheddar Bay Biscuit bowl. I like the concept, but the execution was poor. The biscuit had been microwaved damn near to death. It was hard to cut through with a knife. The consistency was somehow soggy and hard while also chewy. Add to that the saltiest sausage gravy ever. We each ate one bite, said no thank you and tossed it. Everything else was so good, this might just be a bad one off, but I don't think I could be convinced to try it again. I don't think food is served all day, so if you are hungry, get there before 2pm (I think).

I asked the bartender (I wish I would have got his name) if they had any options for me given those 3 things, and he came up with a DELICIOUS sugar free iced coffee option that was so good that one of the friends who had been drinking all night decided she wanted one to go along with her beer. It's sometimes hard as the DD to find a place with any variety and I was so happy to have a place make me a priority too. After all, your DDs are getting those drinkers safely to and from your establishment to bring in those big bucks - so you should give them a little thank you by treating them nicely as well. Thanks Rake Beer Project, for going above and beyond.

Yes, they have a small parking lot, and don't fret if you have the park on the street like we did, as we were seating promptly and it didn't feel too crowded. Since we were seated at high tops near the bar, the bar tender was our waitress, and she is literally the nicest, good energy, engaging human ever! She also whips up the custom, creative mimosa recipes, kudos to her for her awesomeness! I ordered the Shakshuka, flavorful, delicious, would order again. Even as a non-vegan, it was satisfying and would recommend to everyone. Husband had the 1964 Worlds Fair Waffle, and it was tiny. Not what you envision when you think of Belgian waffles. He also ordered the Belgian Forest Bacon, again VERY small portion, so much so that at the end of the meal, he had to order a side of the Smashed Maple Sausage. Both our drinks (I had the mimosa) were fantastic and worth ordering, loved the glassware! Aside from the small portions of waffle, bacon, and sausage, the cheerful vibes here are contagious, and I'd dine here again in a heartbeat!

One companion had the Moroccan stew and enjoyed it. Another had a burger, one had fish and chips (fries), another a steak. Interestingly, their steak is cooked in vegan butter. Service was good. TVs are a bit hard to see from the dining area - there is a row of doors acting as a wall between the bar and dining area which blocks the lower part of each TV. Nice outdoor dining space. Will definitely go back.
