We were greeted by a full wall mural in Caribbean style, with the theme continued throughout. There was a cooler with Mexican soda, which made sense after chatting with the owner. This place just SCREAMS, "sit down & chill for a while." Something we've come to love about the small breweries is getting up close & personal with brewers, seeing their passion for their art & experiencing their willingness to share the how, what, why & even the where you should try next. While every brew we tried here was on point, Big Chungus was our favorite of the trip. We also were in agreement that the selection here was the most balanced & well-rounded out of all of our stops... leaves ya saying, "Founders who? Bells what?" We ordered tacos cuz they're tacos & one should have them at every opportunity. Both were solid options with fun twists, a nice addition to our drinks. Once the food order was in, we headed to the drink counter & the gent working was quick to ask our drink preferences/dislikes & make suggestions. It's sometimes hard as the DD to find a place with any variety and I was so happy to have a place make me a priority too. After all, your DDs are getting those drinkers safely to and from your establishment to bring in those big bucks - so you should give them a little thank you by treating them nicely as well.
