Cannon has even turned off the free vacuums and music that was piped in. The wash bays are now dirty and full of debris. And, Cannon has drastically raised the prices and even set a minimum price to wash your car. I don't even see a technician around anymore. There is no number to call if there is an issue. This morning I had to move my car to another stall because after the pre-wash it didn't dispense in the wash cycle or even rinse. Very sad because when Jerry's had ownership this was the best car wash in town.

They have towels and window washer to do some extra cleaning or dying by the vacuum aisles and the vacuums work well and have plenty of bays. I've never had to wait for a slot to vacuum. The vacuums have different size nozzles on each side of car so you can more easily get to the hard to reach spots. Plus they have a gas station (mobile) that has competitive pricing on gas and free air station.

The fast pass sticker rarely works and has been a pain point since day one of using this location. I have now been told by the very rude manager of their head office "Madison" that they will not do anything to rectify the situation, and that o never should have given my credit card to the employee. Their office is very accusatory and takes down to you to cover their own asses when it's very obvious that they opened a fraudulent account. I have over $540 in charges that they are not willing to rectify in addition to the $140 a month I pay for the three vehicles I do own. When I asked what vehicles were registered to what accounts, they refused to provide that information, only that the fraudulent account had not been used in over 10 months and that they would not be resolving anything in my favor. The head office people lie, say they are out of the office when they email you 2 minutes before then magically appear back to take your call, or they do not return calls or emails. Everything about this company is sketchy! Be aware, very very aware before you sign up for anything!!!!
