Went to get a pedicure. Color was nice and so was worker. Another client came in who wanted my nail tech so my technician began to rush me. Went to pay card as it says you can. But then told me they only accept Zelle? Still proceeded to charge 5$ for a service fee when Zelle is not charged as a service fee. The staff was friendly but I had a scheduled appointment and it took them over 30 minutes to even start my nails. The male doing my nails did not do my nails the way I wanted them I showed him a reference picture and I was giving something completely different. After washing my hands when he was done shaping the acrylic my nail on my middle finger broke but he fixed it. it's been five days and one of my nails have already broke with further inspection of the acrylic it is extremely thin. read more

I decided to give this nail salon a try. They are under new management & a new name. Well let me tell you, I will definitely go back!! I went in pretty late & it was about an hour until closing. I was worried they were going to turn me away but they didn't!! They were super friendly & I didn't feel like they were rushing at all. I got a pedicure done . I loved it. She didn't make me feel awkward in any way. She did a great job. This place was clean & they cleaned & sanitized the pedicure tubs as soon as they were finished using them. I thought the pictures on the wall were really pretty . They gave it an at home feeling. All prices are posted , and they have tons of polish to choose from. I had an appointment (days before) for 9:45a and I had to wait almost an hour. They put me in the water for my feet and made me sit another 20 Minutes. The prices when you schedule and that are posted are different- it is more expensive than what they have on they online scheduler. read more

I went here to get a full set done and was not pleased at all! The guy only did 1 coat of paint on my nails so the color was so patchy! They also tried so hard to talk me out of the design I wanted even though I was willing to pay more to get it done!! The nails started lifting and FALLING off after 3 days. Not breaking or snapping off, just falling off. I called them to ask if there was anything they could do to make it right and they told me they wouldn't do anything. The tried this Place a few times. Got gel pedicures each time and tipped really, really well. Because that's just me. However, the pedicures were lacking. I should have gone somewhere else, but my schedule limited me and I was desperate. The final straw was the last time I walked in, I had called to see if I could get in right then and they said yes come now, then I got there to a bunch of people waiting. Then while waiting, I heard them yell to another customer,who went to pay... we are only accepting cash today. We only accept cash Thursday through Sunday! Excu se me, but if a business adverti they take different forms of payment and then after your service decides to say oh no we only take cash, I'm sorry that seems a little strange to me. And so I decided to leave. I will definitely find a more reputable place with better pedicures and cleaner and safer service. The equipment was broken and they would switch out in the middle of doing your nails and leave you with someone who didn't know what they were doing. Yeah 1 nails are closed on Monday and open Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday and you can pay with Your Debit Card but Friday,Saturday and Sunday which is their busiest days it is CASH ONLY.. Why is this ?? Don't they pay TAXES on their busiest days ?? read more

I would not recommend this nail salon. Once they opened up after Covid shut down my mother and I made several appointments. We would arrive early, and would be told that they could only service us one at a time or that we didn't have appointments. The final straw for me: I scheduled an appointment during my last visit to follow up in two weeks as I typically do. Upon arriving I was told that my appointment was an hour later than scheduled. On top of bad time management, their customer service is terrible. The nail technician I last seen was face timing during my entire service. I signed in and advised what service I needed. Went to his station and he attempted to perform a service I didn't ask for. When asked what he was doing, he aggressively said "next time SAY what you want done." Well I thought once I signed in and advised the receptionist and she RUDELY spoke to him in their native language she was relaying what I was there for. Guess NOT.
