This place is LOADED with all sorts of teas you wouldn't normally find stocked at the grocery store. Allergies have been kicking my ass and I needed to concoct my own tea remedy. They had everything I needed and knew each item I asked for. Especially echinacea tea, which was impossible to find not in tea bags due to COVID. The layout of this place is not your typical brick and mortar. Its clearly a home thats been converted into a store, but the layout feels like an ever-expanding corridor of vitamins, oils, and herbs. Compared to other metaphysical shops, this one truly is a gem with their teas, vitamins, and herb stock. read more

I checked out this heavenly store today and I didn't really wanna leave until I checked out the entire store ! I'm trying my best to live a healthy life naturally . I'm not a big believer in Western medicine , so this place was perfect! So, don't pass by the store by accident because it looks like a house , a little white house. When you walk in , you can smell the herbs and spices scenting the entire store . It's a huge melting pot of exoticness(is that a word ?) The store boasts 1,000 jars of various herbs and "potions". The ladies who helped me were all friendly , and knowledgeable of all, just tell them what you're looking for . They have a few edible items like black salt, teas, natural sugars , etc. Oh, back to the tea! They have quite a variety of loose teas. I chose an Earl Grey and Chai. They also have various energy rocks for various things . I left with a couple of rocks for positive energy . Side note : Membership is required, but it's free. Overall, I will definitely be back ! LOVE! LOVE!! LOVE!!!! This place! Been coming here for a year now. They have all the herbs you can think of. They even have Irish Sea Moss which is hard to find.. Wait! This is a good place to find bulk herbs and a few oils. They seem to be a good place to find a few metaphysical things as well. They have at least a 100 different bulk herbs that line the walls nicely. They as well have a decent amount of different stones, a select amount of candles as well as motors and pitastoles. I think it's a place worth looking into if one is intrusted. read more

First time visiting this place. Everything inside is in natural jar and everything is sold by ounces. They will give you a print out of all the herbs and teas and what they should be used for. Everyone inside is very very friendly. I will be coming back and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend for a healthier lifestyle. read more

I went to a Hindu monastery in Kauai, which had a store full of herbal teas, essential oils, incense, and other goodies - this place brought me back to it! I walked in and felt like I entered another world! I was looking for some things to make my own essential oils; small jars and some coconut oil. Walked out with everything I needed and more. Screw the Obvious smear campaign BS. This place is a Godsend, or at least was until someone went to the FDA with their unsubstantiated grievances, I'm certain due to something personal not relating to people who heal, treat, medicate, and self protect through safer or natural practices. This place has provided me and my family with 1000% successful resources to deal with any issue presented medical or nonmedical with astute service and informative disclaimers. I could go on for days about this, but it hurts to know I have to go back to the non working FDA approved stuff just because the right palm wasn't getting greased. Shame on the tools who tried to post the FDA letter as if we cant read and see that no assertions were ever made of know illness. Shame!!! Good luck to this business....dont give up. read more

Bu far, the largest selection of fresh dried herbs I've ever encountered! Sweet, charming little shop in downtown Irving converted from a small historic home years ago. I've been going here for years for herbs, and the quality is consistently superb. Very knowledgeable staff, always friendly and very helpful. Wonderful selection of loose and boxed teas, and you can always sample the teas before you buy. Give their house blends a try. Great selection of resinous incenses as well; best benzoin, golden copal and frankincense I've ever purchased. read more

After searching for a place like this in the metroplex...I found it on Yelp. Today I decided to drive to the area and was pleasantly surprised to find this nice shop. I actually chatted with another customer who was refilling her supply. I was walked around to the main area I needed and was so happy to see the products. I love this place. They have a VAST supply of herbs all ready to get blended and to start healing!!! Now, I can usually find what I'm looking for through my several online companies I use for cheaper...BUT..... I still buy from them and love them all. I love making a mug of the "tea of the day" and walk around and see if there's anything new. There's plenty that I buy here because the price to buy immediately vs. having it shipped isn't that great of a difference so I prefer to give to my local shop. Ya know? I've bought some pretty neat stuff here. The energy is so amazing and I just feel so peaceful when I'm there. The 1 and only thing to make this place better is more parking space. But hey.... This place is a blessing to anyone who knows what that means! You who trample on with your lies will be lied to. FDA means nothing as they continue to feed you with countless diseases and war to your body. Those people who stand for themselves and become one with their need for greed. What has the FDA ever done for us besides non facts. They are the cause of side effects more research, no cures and once again they see and know something that is working towards a better health they blast in and go bonkers. Your tax dollars go towards their lifestyle and it reeks havoc! ! FDA is a business as is anything that goes against wholesome goodness! They wanna keep you sick so that you rely on their synthetic drugs! So ask yourselves, would you give your family a synthetic that causes umpteen side effects or cause damage to your organs...or perhaps rely on the HERB GARDEN that is fed by the sun's rays wholesome nutrients that will help you in general. I just discovered this gem today. Best store herb store in Dallas for sure! I went in for some essential oils and came out with a wealth of information and a renewed interest in natural remedies. Dusty, who is a master herbalist with 25 years experience, was patient and informative on a number of topics. The one-on-one care is not only amazing customer service but is a true example of how much the staff cares about natural healing. There is an herb for every ailment! Years To Your Health, the little white house in downtown Irving, is by far the BEST holistic health store in DFW. They take care of your mind, body, and spirit. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel like family. They have everything to keep you healthy and it won't break the bank. Herbs are sold in bulk as well as tinctures and pills. Lotions, salves, and balms are in abundance so your skin will never suffer the Texas sun again! A good rule of thumb is to go to the doctor to find out whats wrong with you and then treat it with herbal medicine. That's what I do and I have made it through life thus far. Years To Your Health has been my partner for health and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. read more

Absolutely love this place! I have shopped here and used their products and blends for years until the FDA came in and took all of their blends and accused them of helping people self-diagnose and being unsanitary. I have found no real evidence of unscrupulous practices, only opinions. I will continue to support this business and pray they can find a way to bring back the blends. My mom has been coming to this place for I know at least 15-20 years. I believe she still orders now that she's in Cali. I come here even my daughters come here now and I tell everyone I know because they are so knowledgeable. Lonnie and her staff are great! Initially, I requested a roll without garlic, but the server explained that the rolls were already prepared with garlic butter, so we agreed to have them served. That was perfectly fine since my husband and son ate them. Later, after we had finished our pasta, the server offered another serving of rolls, he mentioned he has non garlic butter on them. We politely declined, but he said they were already prepared and would serve them anyway. Because of that, we assumed they were complimentary. We only realized when we received the bill that we had been charged for the additional rolls. While we still enjoyed the food, we believe these charges should have been clearly communicated beforehand so customers can make informed decisions and avoid unexpected surprises on the bill. I will remember this if I wanted another puttanesca next time :( From my previous 4 stars, I'll put it down to 3 because of those unacceptable charges

The flavors were all there and their spice level 3 on a scale of 5 is pretty good in my book. Also highly recommended is the lao style coffee.

The place had a bunch of unknown brands for a bit cheaper than your regular well known brands. Atmosphere was good. Cleanliness was also good. The staff was also good. The reason for my 1 star is because of the quality of the products and the process that may have been used to preserve them. My son wanted some sourdough to make him a sandwich so I get a loaf of sourdough and other things. This was back in early October of 2018. So we take our groceries home eat some and he asks for me to mk him a sourdough sandwich, I try the first slice because he doesnt like the ends, and it tasted very acidic and rancid. The bag has a date of 10/24 so it must be like 2-3 weeks before it expires. So thats not the problem. I tell my son I will just mk him a sandwich from left over regular bread from kroger we bought the prior week from another store n he doesnt mind. My problem is why did this sourdough taste so acidic and rancid?!? Thats not how sourdough is supposed to taste like! This sparked my curiosity and I kept the sourdough to see how long before the bread went bad and moldy because I think this acidic taste is some sort of additive they are adding in Aldi's breads to make them have more shelf life but in this case it was over sprayed with this stuff and it hasnt molded yet! It is Jan 21st 2019 and I bought this bread in early October 2018. It has been 3 months and counting and this bread has not molded or gone bad! You can be produce, including herbs, all sorts of drinks, dips, meats, cheeses, frozen meals, etc. i tried a fresh BAT with their house made ciabatta and it was so yummy. The jalapeno pimento cheese dip was so good. I cant wait to go back and try more items! Today they were sampling a champagne and aged gouda which were both delish and if you spent over $50 you got a free block of cheese. This is a true gem in the heart of oak cliff and i will be back for groceries and gifts. I cant wait until i have more room in my fridge/freezer to try some of the meals and pastas.
