    Strawberry Matcha latte
    Pari P.

I got the strawberry matcha latte. Everything was rly fresh they make the strawberry purée after you order. I liked it overall, but it was a little bland I feel like adding a syrup would have made it better. The matcha quality was rly good and creamy. They have like drinks from different countries which would be fun to try. They just opened four weeks ago and the owners are really sweet. They talked to all the customers about how they could improve and if they liked Wht they ordered. They apparently only hire people with 8+year experience since all their drinks are craft. Great place to study, had plenty of desks with outlets. And a couches for just hanging out. Cute decor and ambiance.

South Indian Filter Coffee in copper (?) cups and Cafe de Olla in cute glass pot.

What a lovely place! I recently visited for the first time with two friends on a weekday, mid-morning. The interior exudes a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The seating arrangements are inviting and comfortable. The young lady serving us was professional, polite, and very kind. Now, the best part? The FOOD!!!! I loved the variety of international choices. I am adventurous and always like to try new things. Each of us ordered a different food and a different drink, then we shared so we could sample multiple dishes. The Mumbai Veg Grilled Sandwich was AMAZING, especially with the dipping sauce (mint chutney?). Just a little kick to it, without making this whimpy German run for the water faucet. The Toasted Caprese Sandwich was smooth and the toast delicious (no wonderbread here!). Last but not least, the Jalapeno Toast. Crunchy and some kick. Mhhhhmmmmhhh! The presentation of each plate made me feel like I was in a fancy restaurant. It is obvious that the chéf puts their heart and skill into even these small dishes. If you are as non-Indian as I am, you HAVE to try their traditional South Indian filter coffee. AND ask for the copper cup and saucer. Yes, it's smaller than the paper cup, but you get to experience a new way of drinking coffee. The big "saucer" isn't just for messy drinkers like me... no, there is a purpose behind it! You will pour the coffee back and forth between cup and saucer a few times. That way you dissolve the sugar all the way. Instead of stirring with a spoon. And did you know that drinking from copper vessels is actually good for you?!? The Cafe de Olla was a new experience for me as well and will be a new favorite with its very smooth, slighty spiced aroma. Oh, and the final bonus: their take-out boxes are compostable. Yes, I am a gardener, so the box is now feeding the ....ehm....well, it eventually will be feeding my plants ;) I loved every minute of our visit and will definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Clean interior. Spacious with enough seating to get my work done. The avocado toast was piled with a heaping amount of avocado! Wish I had some tortilla chips

I went with a Biscoff latte and asked for it less sweet, and they got it just right. You still get that Biscoff flavor, but it is not over the top, which I appreciated. It's a beautiful spot with coffee to match. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Coffee, Return) Atmosphere - Walk inside and you'll be treated to a beautiful, cozy coffee shop. The bright white walls are accented by blue comfortable chairs and gold lettering. There are locally sourced pastries behind glass, and Middle Eastern themed lighting hanging from above. 1 Star. Service - Port Coffee continues the trend of ordering through a kiosk when they are busy. On both visits, I wanted to order from a human so I could learn more about their concept, but on both visits, I was directed to a kiosk. Also, I ordered "for here" so I could get pretty latte art, but they made my cappuccino "To go" and I had no art. No Stars. Coffee - Given the lack of service, I came back two days in a row. Why? Because the coffee is pretty darn good. They serve your standard espressos and lattes, but I tried their Iced Mufuwar. This delicious drink was dark roast mixed with milk, cardamine, and some sweetness. That combination made me a believer. The cardamine added a light, fragrant flavor (hints of ginger) with just enough sweetness (you can choose your level). It was smooth, refreshing, and a perfect pit stop during my morning walk. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. The coffee was so good I came two days in a row. The (lack of) service did not prevent me from trying their delicious coffee. I'll be back to try a pastry. 1 Star.

My constant favorite is the Lavender Matcha Frappuccino, I get it every time I go. I also really love the Matcha mochi doughnut on the side sometimes. They have great breakfast sandwiches as well, but if you're like me, you ask them for a special order to take the mayonnaise/mustard off of it. You cannot go wrong with this place. The outdoor patio consists of just a couple of tables on the sidewalk, which can make it difficult if you're visiting alone with your dog, as there's no shaded or cooled seating outside while you go in to order. And inside it's not dog friendly. Inside, the décor presents a mix of tables and chairs that matches the French café atmosphere. The menu focuses mainly on French pastries. Prices are on the higher side, so I was hoping for a bit more in terms of quality. I tried the six mini croissants (around $7), which were good but tasted slightly stale. The crab pastry was the highlight--fresh, flavorful, and something I'd happily order again. I also tried the Nutella-filled sugar doughnut, which was a bit disappointing. The filling was quite runny and tasted more diluted than rich, lacking the distinctive hazelnut thick flavor you'd expect. I was looking forward to eating a croissant today, but this place didn't quite have what I was expecting

This review focuses on the Las Colinas location. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Yolk - Las Colinas is located in a new area in Irving-Las Colinas with plenty of parking. Inside it's open with plenty of seating (some outdoors too), has Yolk's bright blue and yellow colors, but my favorite features are the big windows which let in the the sun's natural light. 1 Star. Service - Our server was great. She was very attentive and made sure we always had our mugs filled with coffee. I appreciated the friendly service that was all smiles. 1 Star. Food - Yolk's menu has classic breakfast and brunch options but be sure you check to table for coffee specials. I ordered an Iced Apple Pie Latte that was served in a glass mason jar. This small detail allowed the Apple flavor to start my breakfast on a high note. Speaking of which, my Breakfast Mac & Cheese caught my attention when it was served in a skillet. I intended to only eat half, but the smokey ham paired with the creamy mac & cheese under a light panko layer was too delicious for me to stop. The prices are a bit on the high side, but otherwise a geat meal. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. DFW is getting many great breakfast/brunch spots like Yolk. If you're a big fan of breakfast (and travelling on expense), it's a great way to start your day. 1 Star.

Decor is modern and great place to hang if you plan on sticking around but they're pretty efficient on the grab and go. I love Vietnamese coffee and what they have here is excellent and best of all not too sweet. Generally I find most shops take to be made with cafe du monde and a lot of condensed milk but this here has definitely better beans and a better balance between acidity, sweetness and other flavors. It's also straight up rocket fuel - be warned, it's a very strong and potent brew but will get you going in the morning. I also tried a black sesame latte because it sounded interesting. The cream on top is nutty and rich with the sesame notes and the coffee is good too, though a bit hard to stir together, nor is it as potent as the drip but well crafted nevertheless. When I come again I think I would just pick the classic. All in all, great new coffee shop!

The egg cream coffee was great, the egg cream complemented the strong taste of Viet coffee. The coconut matcha cloud was a little underwhelming. The matcha flavor was pretty weak, so the drink tasted mostly like coconut water. For the prices, $8 is a bit expensive for a cup of coffee, but I think it's still worth every once in a while. I would try the other speciality phin coffees next time and skip the coconut matcha cloud. Overall, I would recommend if you want some Viet coffee and are in the area.
