The prep, painting, and re-assembly didn't take as long as I would have thought. He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

Hired this company to repair cracked cement sidings and exterior trim pieces. Did some of the…read morerepairs (and not very well) and then told my wife that they were not going to do some of the repairs claiming there were more repairs than he remembered and didn't bring a tall enough ladder. We showed them all the locations TWICE; once for the quote (which we receive within 1-2 days) and again on the day they started the repairs. He also claimed the quote didn't detailed out all the repairs. I guess that is our bad for being trusting! And lastly, painting over cracked siding is not fixing it! AVOID. DO NOT CONSIDER!

He came over to take measurements within a few days after we spoke and he provided an estimate and design within a few days after that. The price was very reasonable and the design maximized the space in my somewhat awkwardly designed closet. I had to delay the install date due to other work being done in my home and Bill was able to reschedule to a new day very soon after the original date. The work came out just as I hoped and with even more space than I had imagined. One minor post install issue came up and it was remedied they very next day...on a Saturday.
