My wife and I have been planning our carpet project for a few months. After meeting with some local (and non-local) installers, we found Luce Brothers using Yelp. Keith is great to work with. When I first met him in his showroom, he gave us a brief overview of the carpets, and then did something no one else did - gave us time alone to look and discuss the options, but available to answer questions if we had any. When he arrived to provide an estimate, he observed that we are a shoe-free household and immediately took off his shoes. Measurements were quick, and an estimate was quickly provided over email. The quote was very competitive, and was very responsive over email when I had questions about the project. On the installation day, he was running a few minutes late because of snow the previous day. He called to let me know and when to expect him (just 20 minutes after the planned time). He and Chris were efficient and polite, wearing masks the entire time (as did my wife and I). Super job installing into two rooms, cleaned up afterwards, and a pleasure to work with. read more

I've been using Luce Bros for over 16 years, as have the rest of my family for all of the properties we've called home. I've had several kitchens, bathrooms, and porches tiled, multiple rooms carpeted, wooden floors finished, et cetera. They have also done thousands of square feet of carpeting for our indoor children's playground in Woburn. Absolute class act, every staff member I've dealt with, from front of the store to coming back weeks later to see how things have held up once our kids start stomping their feet. Had a really great experience with getting our home's carpeting replaced with Luce Brothers. Initially spoke with Keith over the phone with some general questions. He was more than knowledgeable and took his time with answering my laundry list of questions. Went into their showroom shortly after to take a look at our options. Keith was again super helpful with showing me items that would accommodate our budget. After taking measurements, the quote came quickly and we were able to order and schedule. Keith and Chris did the installation. Professional, skilled, and friendly (especially when dealing with our children who were often running through the house). They took the time to refasten some of our sub flooring that had loosened over time and this has improved some of the squeaking/cracking that we were hearing in our floors previously. I recently bought a house and it needed new rugs and tile . The carpets smelled of cat urine . I had movers booked a week later but I needed the flooring done quickly before the furniture arrived. Not only were they agreeable to doing this job under time pressure but they got 1600 square feet of tile/carpeting completely done in 5 days with 2 days left to spare before the movers arrived. The work was high quality and I will be using them again in the future . The guys I dealt with at the store and on site were all personable and friendly and I enjoyed doing business with them. read more
